Watch OUT Elly-belly!
I like it when he sits in front of the TV because it looks like all of the animals are going to eat him. There was a scene with a monkey who was trying to open a coconut or something with a rock and every time he hammered the rock down, it was right on Elvis's head. Albert and I LOL'ed a little bit..Elvis, not so amused.
Do I Have To Say It?
Elvis, you make a better door than window.
How he can sit there when two snarling hippos are going at it behind him...well, it's just beyond me.
P.S. Elvis is TOTALLY obsessed with the Discovery Channels "Life" mini-series...especially the bugs. :)

What a treat!
It's done, it's done. Amazingly talented portrait artist, Rachael Rossman, emailed me today to tell me that the Elvis watercolor painting was done. If you'll remember, a couple of weeks ago we were a finalist in a cat photo competition over at Ree Drummond's Pioneer Woman website. As luck would have it, the runners-up received custom portraits of their pets. I can't tell you how anxious I have been to get a look at ours. I mean, feast your eyes on this! It's just amazing. Please visit Rachael's site and take a look at the rest of her artwork. What she can do with a touch of water and paint will blow your mind. Enjoy!
