ज़िन्दगी के मायने इंसान को बहुत बदल देते है,
कभी किसी और के ख़ातिर तो कभी ख़ुद के ख़ातिर||
आज दास्ताँ है उस लड़की के बारे में,
जिसे कोई नहीं जानता…
वो लड़की जो हमेशा खुद की दुनिया में गुम रहती थी
आज औरों की दुनिया में खुद को भूल गयी।
वो लड़की जो बहुत ज़िद्दी हुआ करती थी,
आज औरों को मनाया करती हैं।
ग़ुस्सा हमेशा जिसकी नाक पर हुआ करता था,
वो अब बस मुस्कुराती रहती हैं।
वो अपने घर की शहज़ादी थी… माँ की प्यारी, बाबा की लाड़ली
किसी की एक ना सुनने वाली ,
आज लोगों के हज़ार ताने सुन कर भी ख़ामोश रहती हैं।
खाने में जिसके हज़ार नखरे हुआ करते थे,
वो आज दाल रोटी भी बिना किसी शिकायत के खा लेती हैं।
जिसकी घड़ी हमेशा खुद के हिसाब से चलती थी,
औरों के लिये आज वो लड़की वक्त की पाबंद हो गयी।
वही जो अपनी मर्ज़ी की मालकिन हुआ करती थी,
आज औरों की मर्ज़ियाँ पूछा करती है।
वो औरों को बदल देने वाली लड़की,
आज खुद कितना बदल गयी।
