We present a fresh and modern building renovation design internally and externally. Our design team will bring new ideas which are catered towards improving your building image and ambient, while our builder’s team are dedicated to provide first-rate workmanship to make sure you as clients satisfied.



Our result is superior because of our process. From day one to completion, we will keep your project on track with the following steps:

  1. Pre-Consultation: Meet directly with the homeowners and discuss in detail their vision for the project, what the process will entail and what options are available for the refurbishment/ building. 
  2. Measurement: Our team will take the dimensions of your home building from S&P drawings, or measured at site. 
  3. Design: Constructix design team will design your new home internally or externally with detailed dimensions all the way down to the specifications. We will also revise the design until you are completely satisfied. After the project budget are calculated and agreed, the next step is to go for submissions.
  4. Local Authority Submission (if required): After the designs are finalized, we will coordinate with the local authority for the building plan submission. MBSA, MPK, MPSJ, etc..(for permits and approvals)
  5. Construction: We will supervise and coordinate the construction works with our main building team, sub-cons and specialists until C.C.C (if required), making sure your home design concepts come together for you to love for many years to come.
