Sharks

There are  many different kinds of sharks, unfortunately many were hunted but, now

it is illegal in most places. We need to help sharks or some will become extinct.

Some people are afraid of sharks but, really the only reason they attack is because they

mistake you for food or are threatened by you.

Fishing tips        (Rays and smooth hounds)

Bait: bread-mullet, ragworm-bass& wrasse ect, squid- rays & smooth hounds.

to catch rays or smooth hounds I would use 60 to 80 pound line and 2 hooks.

Another tip is to use squid as bait and a drag weight.

For fishing of the beach.      If you want to catch these sharks it is fine but please release them into the wild.

Birds

Birds have beaks and use them for all types of different things.

For example, a parrot uses its beak for cracking open nuts.

Here is a list of some things that birds use their beaks for:

1. A woodpecker uses its beak for pecking little holes in trees and eating the little beetles inside.

2. Sparrows hop along like little kangaroos pecking at little seeds or other things like berries.

3. Humming birds buzz around like bumblebees and suck the nectar from flowers.

These are just some examples.
