When the photos’ trash. Sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I really thought I was doing somethin.

Summer 2019 is going mighty fine. Feeling compelled to post what I’ve been up to lately. This will be a mostly visual post
Don’t you just love it when a simple washing of the hands turns into a washing of the dishes, into a wiping of the counter…… into a wiping down the microwave……into a sweeping of the floor…..into a chloroxing of handles and door knobs, like wait a fucking minute now, hold…

Woooo!!! Merry Spring everyone!! (I hope you know the merry buck doesn’t stop at Christmas tuh!)
You ever notice how when you’re happy you suddenly wanna shake your butt? Quick lil jiggle in private I finally get twerking.

I go back to Zurich tomorrow. And it’s throwing me off because normally my business trips to europe don’t have me flying out of Boston until like 4pm so I have my full Saturday night and a good portion of Sunday. But this flight tomorrow leaves at 10am or something…

Happiest of New Years to YOU!!! Here’s to more growth more love more laughs more challenges more fun more parties more adventures and misadventures in 2019!!!!

Hoooo boy, I’ve got some ‘splaining to do… But can I just say, I really really really really really really really needed it!!

Goodness!! I cannot believe it’s almost the middle of July, holy shit!! Happy fukking summer you guys!!!

This recipe was originally crafted to cook snails in but on the day I made this somehoowwwwww, there were no snails available in the entire, food thriving, restaurant opening every week, self-proclaimed progressive city of Boston (really???!!) and well………potato potahto. Snails. Mussels. This dish is all about the sauce anyway

I’m still filtering through pictures from CR and I found a set from an outfit I really enjoyed wearing.

Last week I met up with a new friend for brunch at Myers + Chang. If you’re ever in Boston and can’t figure out what to do for brunch, go there. They have one of the best brunches in Boston, the food is soooo good you guys!

Pics from my first Sunday in Costa Rica.

Hiiiiiiii guys, hiiiiiiiiiiii!! Please pardon my absence, I’ve been working really hard on this new product at work and it was starting to consume a lot of my energy. A break was needed, you know? My cup runneth empty.

Before I forget…

More snow is coming….

I have a deep fondness for ragout and hearty stews in general but because it can be so rich I only make it on occasion, like say, when I’m hosting a big dinner party or when nature dumps 16 inches of snow on you in 14 hours.

My apartment lately is just absolute chaos. I believe the coined phrase is Interior Decorating or some shit like that and let me telllllllll you – this shit is exhausting.

Look – I know you’re not into cooking a whole fish with the head on like this and the thought of picking the meat off of it is probably freaking you the fuck out, but let’s be honest –

Ok so this started off as a soup because I wanted to cook something light and quick, but after eating a bowl of it I was like zaaaaaaaaaayum, this shit is bomb! And I want more of it … substantially more.

It is sooooo cold outside and let me tell you, you only need to get blasted by these freezing cold gusts of wind once to stay your ass in the house and find other things to do.

You ever just sit by yourself sometimes and just start solving all the worlds problems?

Happy Holidays pretty people!

Ugh, I know I know I know don’t say it. I know I’ve been MIA and I’m sorry you guys, work has just been nuts these past 5 weeks.
My fridge these days is just a collection of small jars and sealed containers. Sauces, grains, vegetables, holiday party leftovers, restaurant leftovers, home experiments, failed recipes…basically I haven’t needed to do much cooking lately.

This metallic puffer coat is my latest score.

Cornbread. Have it this Thanksgiving or rustle it up for breakfast the morning after, I do not care.
