A Nice Book

A Pocket Guide - Dragonflies of Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore is a must for those who are interested in the dragonflies of Peninsular Malaysia. I was one of the early birds to get hold of this book when it was published in 2005.


The below photo image (taken on 16 April 2012) shows my own copy of this book - worn... This book has travelled with me to all states of Malaysia except Perlis and Pulau Pinang...

Book - Dragonflies of Singapore

I received a complimentary copy of the book A Photographic Guide to the Dragonflies of Singapore. The book is authored by H.B. Tang, L.K. Wang and M. Hamalainen, and published by National University of Singapore. It is really an excellent book with excellent photos. I give a thumb up for the book.

I received a complimentary copy of the book because there is a photo (Rhyothemis pygmaea, pp. 191) in the book contributed by me.

Book - Dragonflies of Taiwan

Today I received a dragonfly book from a Taiwanese friend Paul. The book entitled "Photographic guide of 120 dragonfly species of Taiwan" was published by Wild Bird Society of Taipei in 2005. The author of the book is Mei-Hua Tsou.
