The Middle East problem for people in a hurry...
Phedrus has attempted to formulate a concise, unbiased and balanced history of the Middle East problem in plain language for people in a hurry who want to learn what the deal is in less than 10 minutes. It is hoped this potted history achieves that objective...
The Middle East problem basically stems from the unwarranted imposition of an artificial Jewish homeland commonly referred to as 'Israel' on Arab land in Palestine.
Historical background:
Throughout history, the Jews have never had their own country as such, though it is clear they originated from the region they now occupy, it was never a properly constituted Jewish state. The Jews have a long and troublesome history. They have proved impossible to live in peace with and have been kicked out of over 100 places around the world in the last 1,750 years alone. In simple terms, they are a deeply unpopular bunch of assholes who invariably cause nothing but trouble wherever they settle. Moreover they seem to actively ENJOY being a pain in the ass to good folks everywhere.
One of the worst purges they ever suffered as a consequence of their refusal to conform to decent values was at the hands of the Nazis in the 1930s. Hitler became sick of the way they had taken over his country and resolved to rid europe of them entirely. However, before the plan could be fully implemented, Hitler was defeated in the Second World War and a large number of surviving Jews remained in the continent. A post-war conference was held to decide how the Jews could best be protected from future pogroms and it was decided that the obvious thing to do was to grant them their own homeland where they might seek refuge when things got tough again. A group of malcontents called Zionists (a modern movement founded in the 1800s) wanted this homeland located in the Biblical land of Israel, since it was something of a Bible prophesy. The trouble was, for thousands of years, this land had been owned by Arabs. And Arabs don't get on with Jews any better than the rest of us.
The creation of Israel in Palestine was originally outlined in the Old Testament and is claimed by the Jews to be God's will. God promised Abraham that if every one of his male descendants were circumcised on the eighth day after birth, then the land of Israel – the 'Promised Land' – would belong to the Jews for ever. This bizarre arrangement, which the Jews grandly refer to as 'The Covenant' is, incredibly, the sole basis for establishment of modern Israel in Arab Palestine in1948 following the so-called Balfour Declaration. Predictably, perhaps, the consequences have been disastrous.
An analogy might be helpful at this point. Consider you own your home and it has a good-sized garden. Your kids play in it and everyone's happy. It's a peaceful and prosperous neighborhood. Then imagine the local authorities inform you that a bunch of gypsy 'problem families' need someplace to live and part of your garden will be confiscated for their use. Your objections fall on deaf ears. The gypsies move in and fence off part of your garden for themselves. They turn out to be really awful neighbors, too, screaming obscenities at your kids and throwing rocks at them. They act like they own the place! Then after a few months, you notice the fence has moved. The remaining part of your garden is now considerably smaller than it was. A few years later and the same thing happens again, only this time, the gypsies' share of your garden has suddenly increased 3-fold! And the local authorities won't do anything about it. You'd be as mad as hell if this happened to YOU, wouldn't you? Such anger is entirely understandable!
Incredibly, this is exactly what has happened to Palestine. All the decades of hatred and killing can be attributed to the unjustifiable imposition of an illegal psudo-state on the people of Palestine. And the world sits back and does nothing. The Palestinians have to deal with the matter on their own and any opposition they show to their occupiers and overlords is ruthlessly put down. The killings go on every single day. The Jews are literally getting away with murder and anyone who criticizes them is labeled antisemitic or a 'hater' – ironic, given that the Jews themselves are the biggest 'haters' in the world and always have been.
So what's the solution I hear you ask?
1.Disestablish Israel.
2.Acknowledge that the experiment has been a disastrous mistake.
3.Tear down the apartheid wall.
4.Return the land to its rightful owners and force the Jews to pay reparations to the Palestinians.
There, I think the original objective has been met. Please circulate the above to anyone who foolishly believes that the Middle East problem is incapable of solution. Thanks!

Questioning Israel's Right to Exist
Always strongly discouraged, isn't it? It's probably only a matter of time before the discussion of this subject will become regarded with the same abhorrence as denying the Holocaust(R)and subject to similar legal sanction. But the Internet is thankfully still a politically-correct free zone, so let's fearlessly dive in and question away with alacrity whilst we can!
What is the legitimate basis of Israel’s claim to the Palestinian land it has occupied since 1948? It really is astoundingly flimsy and is to be found in the first book of the Old Testament, Genesis. The author (or authors) unknown of this ancient text record that God promised Abraham (and all his descendants in perpetuity) the land between the Nile and the Euphrates rivers, on condition that (again in perpetuity) all his male descendants be circumcised on the eighth day after birth. And that's all, folks!
To anyone remotely sane, the above bargain must sound utterly ludicrous; yet it is indeed the SOLE basis upon which the Jews claim the right to partition Palestine! Not only is this bargain (or the ‘Covenant’ as the Jews like to call it) completely crazy, it was described in Genesis by a person (or persons) who are a) anonymous, b) Jewish and therefore biased, and c) incapable of cross-examination. Consider also that the book of Genesis also contains the fable of the Creation – long since proved a falsehood after much reasoned scientific study.
To base the seizure of Arab lands on some biblical fable to whom only Jewish zealots subscribe, seems to Phaedrus to be nothing short of total madness. The whole affair would be laughable were it not for the untold thousands of Palestinian men, women and children who have been callously murdered in the pursuit of this dream to create a new Zion. Phaedrus’ most fervent hope is that it will not be too much longer before the hopelessness of the current state of affairs is finally admitted and Israel is re-established elsewhere in the world where its existence will not give rise to such awful consequences for its neighbors.

Jewish “Settlers” – the Ghosts of the Weed-Garden
So what is Israel’s prize for the stunning victory of 1967? What does Israel have to show for it?
In reality, nothing.
The Jewish squatters in the so-called “Occupied Territories” have seized land that does not belong to them. It never belonged to them and it never will, not even if they remain there for a thousand years.
The land there upon which they walk is sterile. It is barren. It is desert. Wherever the Jew walks in this territory, it were as though salt had been cast in his shadow. Nothing will grow there but thorns. No flowers or trees will ever thrive. No fruit will that miserable ground bear. It is but wasteland. And the Jews that inhabit it as they have for the last 40 years, unlawfully, are but ghosts of this fetid weed-garden they have created.
Not one atom of good will ever arise from the Jews’ possession of this land. It is an example of a unusual form of property which only benefits its possessor by its yielding-up.

Alan Johnston: something fishy going on?
The essence of any credible conspiracy theory is when the facts (as provided by the media and/or authorities) simply don’t add up.
Take this BBC reporter, for example. Every other journalist that’s been abducted in that part of Palestine has been released within (typically) less than a week. Johnston has been held for 7 weeks now. And yet we are told the kidnappers have made no demands whatever. Sure, they’re feeding and watering the guy (which in that area is resource-intensive for all sorts of reasons) but they are not exploiting his capture for any gain, either propaganda or financial. Something stinks here. I’m sorry, but a hostage that isn’t exploited for one purpose or another has never existed!
There’s no point in seizing someone and simply keeping them captive. If you can’t gain some political or financial capital out of your control of them, then the person you’ve seized is just a liability and a drain on resources.
So from the above I infer than there’s likely to be SOME communication between the abductors and the BBC. We’re simply not being told about it. (who’d have thought the BBC would withhold information, huh?)
The conclusion that this communication is being suppressed leads me to believe that it must be something about which the BBC is embarrassed. Following on from that, the most likely explanation is that the kidnappers want some sort of undertaking from the BBC that they will desist from reporting events in the occupied territories with an Israeli (Jewish) slant. This is the kind of allegation of bias that the BBC dreads. It welcomes old-fashioned accusations of left-wing/loony Liberal/ homosexual bias as a convenient divergence, but accusations of Jewish influence in editorial policy MUST be buried at all costs. The BBC is RIDDLED with Jews from top to bottom – totally INFESTED and has been for very many years - so they cannot possibly be honest brokers when reporting on the Middle East. This is my suspicion as to why Johnston has been held so much longer than anyone else.
However, the reports this man has compiled as shown on TV are not entirely his fault. He should in all fairness be released forthwith. The real blame for editorial bias lies with the Jews on the cutting-room floor of the BBC’s headquarters: Television Center in West London. These rotten liars should be prosecuted for Crimes Against the Truth. They are not fit to be entrusted with a media organization of international reach. Even more so when the funding for same comes straight from the pockets of those they continually lie to. With Fox you have a choice. You KNOW it’s garbage so you just don’t pay for it and don’t have to watch it. With the BBC, (if you’re British) you HAVE to pay for it whether you like it or not – even if you don’t watch it and KNOW for a fact it’s Jewish-contrived garbage! How can that possibly be fair?
