For the week of September 28th, Arrow Video will release Forbidden Planet on Blu-ray and 4K UHD and Go on 4K UHD. new releases include Young Mothers from Music Box Films, Honeyjoon from Circle Collective, and both Happy's Place: Season Two and Law & Order: SVU: Season Twenty-Seven from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. Other catalog titles include Blu-rays for Pennies from Heaven from Warner Archive and Ninja Wars from Toy Robot Video, as well as 4K UHD releases for various Frankenstein and The Wolf Man sequels from Universal, Days and Nights in the Forest and the box set Three Films by Leos Carax from the Criterion Collection and 4K UHD upgrades for Jesus Christ Superstar from Kino Lorber, Dead Poets Society and Mrs. Doubtfire from Disney and 20th Century Studios, as well as Shadow Force from Lionsgate Home Entertainment.
StudioCanal has informed us that it is preparing 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray releases of Richard Attenborough's Chaplin (1992), starring Robert Downey Jr., Dan Aykroyd, Geraldine Chaplin, Kevin Dunn, and Anthony Hopkins. The two releases are scheduled to arrive on the market on November 16.
Disney is preparing a 4K Blu-ray/Blu-ray combo pack release of Simon West's blockbuster Con Air (1997), starring Nicolas Cage, John Cusack, John Malkovich, Steve Buscemi, and Ving Rhames. The release is scheduled to arrive on the market on November 10.

Preliminary release dates for upcoming 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray releases have not yet been revealed.
Oscilloscope Pictures will release on Blu-ray Michael Almereyda's John Lilly and the Earth Coincidence Control Office (2025). The release is scheduled to arrive on the market on October 9.

For the week that ended on September 12th, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment's Supergirl (2026) topped the Blu-ray-only, overall packaged media and 4K UHD charts in its debut, while another new release from the studio, Batman: Knightfall � Part 1: Knightfall, took second place on the Blu-ray-only chart, and third place went to another new release, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment's Minions & Monsters.
Universal Pictures Home Entertainment plans to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Michael Caton-Jones' action thriller The Jackal (1997) with a new 4K Blu-ray release, which is expected to arrive on the market in early 2027.
Australian label Via Vision Entertainment has informed us that it will add several new titles to its Blu-ray catalog. They are:
Get Smart, Again! (1989), Once Upon a Time in Space: Season One (2025), A Gentleman in Moscow: The Mini-Series (2024), The World at War (1973), and Frankie and Johnny (1966). All titles are scheduled to arrive on the market this October.
Universal Pictures Home Entertainment is preparing a 4K Blu-ray release of Harold Becker's Mercury Rising (1998), starring Bruce Willis, Alec Baldwin, Miko Hughes, Kim Dickens, and Carrie Preston. The release is expected to arrive on the market in early 2027.
ETR Media will release on Blu-ray Cody Meirick's Scary Stories (2018-2019), starring Alvin Schwartz, Barbara Schwartz, Peter Schwartz, and R.L. Stine. The release is scheduled to arrive on the market on October 27.
