New Northern Mastodon Strider 3D Model Preview!
Today we have a surprise for our Northern players of Heavy Gear Blitz. The Mastodon Strider with more armor and weapon options than a Mammoth. The Mastodon was 3D Model by Duymon who previously did the Mammoth and Damocles Striders. He did another amazing job with great cockpit and crew details along with closed or open hatch parts. Checkout preview images of the Mastodon with all it’s variants, including exploded parts view, and the Mastodon HGB 3.1 model stats.
Alain over at Fusion Models did the 3D test print last week and is currently busy assembling and painting up a Mastodon. Once that’s done we’ll get photos taken and make the black box cover sheet. Our goal is to get the Mastodon up for sale in the DP9 Online Store the middle of September.

New Naga and Dark Naga Strider 3D Printed Resin Miniatures – Available Now on the DP9 Online Store!
The new 3D Printed Naga Strider for the South and Dark Naga Strider for Black Talon are now available to order on the DP9 Online Store. Both the Naga and Dark Strider box sets include standing pose legs, main body with open cockpit details plus open and closed cockpit hatches and 40mm round base. Each model also includes all the variant shoulder mounted weapons with 2mm diameter by 1mm deep holes for magnets under their mount bases. Today we have a surprise for our Southern and Black Talon faction players of Heavy Gear Blitz. We have new Naga and Dark Naga Strider 3D Models by Duymon who previously did the Mammoth Strider. Duymon also did amazing cockpit details for the new Striders with the pilot and gunner and closed or open hatch parts. Plus he made all the variant weapons and included 2mm diameter by 1mm holes for magnets in the shoulders and under the weapon bases for easy weapon swapping. We got Dream Pod 9’s planned late July 2026 releases out early, just in time for Historicon 2026. The new 3D printed Visigoth, Blitz Visigoth, and Artemis tanks are now available to order on the DP9 Online Store.
