Hi Experts,
What is your best practice for inspecting the first PCB in an NPI build before reflow?
How do you verify:
BOM and placement accuracy.
Component value, part number, and package.
Polarity and orientation.
Reference designators and locations.
Placement and rotation.
Missing or extra components.
Do you use manual inspection, AOI, SPI, offline verification, or a combination?
How do you approve the first board before releasing the remaining boards?
