With 1MB of VRAM the max resolution (4:3) is 1176x882.

The screen resolution and all timing values are taken from the
IVTG environment variable which must be set before you start a
  demo.

  Examples:

  [1024x768 60Hz]
    set IVTG=G332;1;13;17;40;256;88;162;12;52;1536;336;6;6;21

  [1024x768 75Hz]
    set IVTG=G332;1;16;13;46;256;90;162;6;58;1536;332;2;2;24

ANT:

Nothing special. Same days I should made a 2 color version to
  allow high resolutions with 1MB.

LINES:

After the 6 while lines, you must initial press a key to start
the animation. This initial picture is useful to adjust the
  monitor.

BIRDMAN:

Under WindowsNT start the program from a FULL SCREEN command
shell or your mouse will not work properly. This program has
a single parameter which specifies the delay in ms between
the steps. Default is 25. The parameter is optional.

----------------

CAPTURE:

The program takes one parameter - the name of the output file.
You should specify the extension .BMP. MsPaint from WindowsNT
can't read it, Windows XP can. The Problem is that I specify
the height as a negative number to flip the picture vertical.
