Did you smile today?

There is nothing worse than waking up every morning stressed out to the hilt!
Your day seems like its ruined from the get go and all you want to do is get back into bed and hide for the day. Stress is just not worth it. Why would people allow this to continue in their life? Well probably because you realise what you can not change and you have to find a way to deal with it!
I did feel like this for a long time and I have slowly but surely allowed myself to snap the hell out of it!

My Advise for dealing with it ....

#1 Sit down one day when your on your own and write down everything, every thought that comes into your little head! When you have it all written down read over it until you are bored to the point of nodding off reading it. Then ball it up and throw it all in the bin! or burn it whatever feels more theraputic. This works brilliant for me and I know everyones different but it is definitely worth a try! It is your way of getting it out of your system, especially if you feel you can not talk it out with someone.

#2 Go for a long walk  get your walking shoes on , set aside some time for yourself to get out and away for at least half an hour. Some people absolutely have to have music when they walk and others enjoy the peace. I usually have music, I love it as I spend most of the day listening to thomas the tank engine or Balabloodymorey!! Not everyone can afford gym memberships and a good pair of walking shoes and your away!

#3 Do something for yourself Everyone gets caught up with work or kids and there seems to be less and less time to do anything for yourself. Read, go to the cinema, call someone that makes you laugh. Even once a week is better than not at all. Everyone needs to wind down from a busy day. I have often lay in bed waiting to go asleep and feeling exhausted but thinking of all the things I did not get to do that day or all the things I had to do the next day. That alone is stress creeping in on you. If you can really laugh once a day your on the right track!

#4 Surround yourself with positive things  It is a possibility that you are surrounded by as$*£les on a regular basis. Other people can drag you down if you allow them to so be wary of people who are constantly complaining about money or stressing over little things. We compare ourselves without even thinking and end up getting depressed. Don't let it happen, list three things you love about your life everyday. And if you're into self help books dump them!

These are just really simple things but I would swear they are good for the soul!
