There are about 5 new posts (as of July 29th) up already, and many more to come, along with most of my posts from here at Gracepoint. You can now also hang out with me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Bloglovin, and even subscribe by email. I hope to see you there!
This little Gracepoint tumblr turns 1 year old today. I’ve learned a lot in the past year, and I’m excited to be marking this milestone by working on something that’s going to be even better. Can’t wait for everyone to see the new and improved blog launch (hopefully in June). Third time’s the charm, right?
Sorry for the radio silence as of late. There are some big changes coming that I’m excited about. I look forward to getting it all together and hopefully re-launching in June!
Bee pollen is the food of young bees made by honeybees. Recently it has been purported as a new “super food.” While I’m not comfortable with that label, I do believe that there are some benefits to this food which contains many vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. I have been ingesting bee pollen granules through the spring and summer for a few years now, and these are three reasons why you should too.
I’ve moved to a new website! Head on over toHeartful Habits to continue reading this post. Thanks!

“Nearly 15 million girls around the world are married each year before they turn 18, according to USAID. In developing nations, one in every three girls are married before 18, with some as young as eight or nine years old.”
“Respondents in developing nations such as India (85 per cent), Indonesia (83 per cent) and Brazil (75 per cent) report feeling guilty about being environmentally unfriendly. These rates far outstrip those in Europe and North America.”
“Most of us spend too much time in front of screens and little time outdoors. It’s time for us all to get outside. During the month of May, we’re asking everyone to pledge to spend 30 minutes in nature every day for 30 days.”
“Regardless of whether or not you paid attention in your high school English classes, you can no doubt take something here and apply it to your everyday.”
