Homemade Cinnamon Crunch Bagels

I keep meaning to post about these. I made these a few weeks back (and 3 times since... but with asiago instead.. yum!) and they were delicious! My sister foudn these and posted the link on her blog. The best thing about this recipe is it's SUPER EASY!! Who doesn't want to make their own bagels occasionally!?
I searched the web for my favorite bagel topping though... the cinnamon crunch bagel from Panera... but with no luck. So, I created my own... and I think it turned out pretty yummy!!

Daffodils!!

The tulip festival is something I've wanted to see for a long time... unfortunately they haven't bloomed quite yet.. but the daffodils have! So we took the hour drive today and will be back next month for the tulips! Gavin LOVED all the flowers and it was killing this sweet boy not to pick one for his mom. :) I loved so many of these pics that I'm sorry you'll have to gut through them all! (the colors we so fabulous.. these pics haven't had an ounce of editing!)
Smelling and hugging them!

Hoping they blow like a pinwheel I think :)

Loving that mint chocolate cookie I brought

Family pics! (What?! A pick of Devin and I in it too!)

Sneak peak at the baby belly... 6 weeks left to go!

Weekend getaway

For valentines I surprised Devin with a weekend getaway in Seattle. Unfortunately we didn't have a weekend that wasn't crazy busy until now to go! (I know it's only 15 mins away but we have never had a night away from Gavin) So Devin's sweet aunt and uncle watched Gavin and we enjoyed a weekend of walking, shopping, eating out, and being lazy. It was a perfect get away right before this next little guy joins our family!

We stayed at this awesome swanky hotel called
The room was fabulous!

Wandering around Pike's Place Market before we left. Don't you just LOVE the flowers?!

The fun has ended

Well, sadly the awesome sisters vacation is over! :( Amy was so kind to let us all take over her house! The 7 kiddos had a wonderful time playing together every second of the day. And the 4 sisters (3 of which are pregnant) + my mom and dad savored every minute together!
We spent the amazing 10 days:
-Hitting up the grocery store with all the kids in tow :) It was totally crazy but SO fun!

-Eating all the food! (we each took turns making dinner.. I could get used to this!)
-Playing in the backyard!
-Visiting the zoo
-Attempting to get a pic of me on this vacation... Gavin hates the camera!
-Enjoying every minute with grandpa!!
-Crazy fun bath times with the cousins of your choice (3 baths going at once in the house every night!)

-Getting to know this gorgeous new girl!
-Playing at the beach (Holly is due a few weeks after me)
-And constantly trying to get these poor guys to sit together for pictures!
Wish we could do this more often! Maybe someday we'll live in the same state!
