Twenty bucks for me.............................

.................................It would be like stealing.

Twenty per cent of the site’s users were willing to quit for as little as a dollar; raise the monthly price to $48 (in 2016) or $38 (in 2017) and half of Facebook’s US users would happily jump ship.

Consistency....(and compounding).......

"The prosaic reality: For the vast majority of Americans, the only sure road to riches is socking away one dollar after another, month after month, year after year. Nobody’ll pay you $25,000 to deliver that seminar. But it’s the truth."

Ah, a "shortcut"...........................

"I think it's fascinating to note that some of the most successful organizations of our time got there by focusing obsessively on service, viewing compensation as an afterthought or a side effect.  As marketing gets more and more expensive, it turns out that caring for people is a useful shortcut to trust, which leads to all the other things that a growing organization seeks."

Currency....................

"The greatest of disadvantages is that we are too prone to welcome everybody else's wrong solution to the problems of life.  There is a natural laziness that moves us to accept the easiest solutions - the ones that have currency among our friends."

Hard........................

“Putting off an easy thing makes it hard, and
putting off a hard one makes it impossible.”
