Delegate Magnifier.show to do nothing
Magnifier.show tries to create a new Surface, and the native side of the
Surface object is not supported in layoutlib. That causes a crash when
attempting to display a Magnifier.
Do nothing instead, as Magnifier is not a critical thing to support for
layoutlib.
