And the Pictures Keep Coming....

1.  During Andy's spring break, we left the kids at home with Andy's mom and flew out to Houston (our next destination) to look at the area and hopefully find a home! Here we are, getting ready to board our plane.  Selfie junkies.

2.  We were staying at a really nice hotel in Houston that also had a spa.  So you better believe we both got the luxury treatment.  I got a tired legs pedicure (that was simply wonderful) and Andy got a massage.  It was the perfect way to start our trip!

3.  We also had some pretty delicious food...of course!  Really looking forward to the plentiful Mexican restaurants and BBQ restaurants.  And the plentiful free parking.  Something Boston rarely has!

4.  We found a house in Houston, close to Andy's work and a good elementary school.  All important things for me!  So, returning home to this princess was all the sweeter.  I really missed the kiddies, but boy is traveling so much less hectic without kids!  This is Clare completely entranced by the movie Frozen, the day we returned.

5.  The second half of spring break, Andy took a guys trip with some good friends out to Park City, UT.  When he got there he made a quick stop at the Salt Lake City temple.  I loved getting this picture via text from him.  This is where Andy and I were married, so this picture was especially sweet (and is now the wallpaper on my cellphone too, I might add).

6.  While in Park City, Andy also went skiing with his buddy Taylor.  He loved it and only fell hard one time.  I definitely think this is a hobby he might pick up in the future.  I mean, just look at that face!

7.  The kids and I tried to find things to keep us busy while Andy was gone.  One day we went to Ikea.  Noah was especially happy because I let him have root beer AND an ice cream cone all in one day.  Lucky kid!

8.  Clare missed her daddy a lot while he was gone (so did Noah, I might add).  My kids are just so much happier, as am I, when Andy is around.  Clare specifically asked to take a picture for daddy, and this is the one we got.  She is just too sweet!

9.  We also spent a lot of time making forts in the kids room.  They loved it and would often just sit in their fort and chat.  It was perfect.

10.  This picture just makes me smile.  This is Noah's artwork and these are sharks.  Notice the little fin on each sharks back and the sharp teeth!  The one in the middle on the left hand side is a hammer head shark, which is why he doesn't have a round face.  Perfection.

11.  Then there was a day at the park.  A cold rainy day.  But the kids didn't bat an eye and that makes it all worth it.

12. Shortly after Andy's return, Clare came down with either a bad cold or allergies from the slowly moving spring weather.  She was wheezing really badly and it scared me, as I could tell she couldn't get a good deep breath.  I took her into the Dr. and sure enough they had to put her on a nebulizer.  It helped, thankfully.  We also were prescribed some steroids and an inhaler.  Before too long she was back to her normal self.

13.  Noah kept his little 'fort' up for a couple of weeks.  I loved walking into the kids room and seeing a little hand or foot hanging off the side.

14.  Even though he has crazy hair (I have since cut it), this little guy and I had a lot of fun spending an afternoon just the two of us.  I sure love him.

Preschool Art Show

Noah had a section in school where they learned about famous artists and did a lot of painting.  After it was complete they had an art show at school.  Noah was so excited for us to see what he had painted.   Here is some of his work.

I believe this one was about God's creations.  I loved his quote at the bottom that he came up with all on his own, "  God created the ocean.  God is heavenly father."  It literally was one of my proudest moments as a mother.

Other paintings, and Noah's funny face....

Unfortunately, It has to be this way...

You know when you are playing catch-up from months past, there is bound to be posts that really don't have any theme at all.  They contain a wide arrange of pictures and events that would otherwise take too long to blog about individually.  This is one of those posts, you have been warned.

1. We attended a little Crimson Parents Valentines day party.  Music, candy and even a fun photo booth.  I love this picture of the kids.  The way Clare's bangs are laying make her look so grown up!

2.  Noah, Clare and myself will occasionally all go grocery shopping together.  You better believe that when we do, we always stop for lunch!

3.  A little shopping with the kids.  If I ever take my kids shopping Noah ALWAYS, without fail, wants to get something just for him.  Usually its a toy, but if that isn't an option he will take anything. This is a battle we constantly have, and he usually loses I might add.

Clare kept going up to the man equine and holding its hand.  She would say, "dis is my frien"  haha.  She was serious, and it definitely gave me a good laugh!

4.  Noah got more birthday money in the mail!  He's never been so happy to receive a late birthday gift!

5.  Many winter days were spent playing in the hallway with our friends Andrew and his twin sister Elizabeth.  Noah loves to push them around and entertain them.

6.  We also spent many days inside due to the fact that spring is so late this year (I am wondering if it will ever really come).  So painting is always an option.  The kids enjoyed this equally, although Noah really enjoyed painting all over himself more.

7.  Then there was that one day where it was so beautiful, in-between snow storms.  I will miss this view!

8.  When Clare takes a late nap she almost gets rewarded (which shouldn't happen, I know) by staying up with mommy and daddy and playing a game on the iPad.  She is just too sweet to resist.

9.  A little tip to the Cambridge fire station.  Noah was so enchanted by all the trucks and sitting in the drivers seats.  Clare kept her ears plugged the ENTIRE time, but I still managed to get this picture.  You can definitely see the nervousness on her face.  haha

10. For my birthday back in January, Andy bought tickets for us to go see Greg Laswell in concert.  It was a small venue and super intimate and was a fantastic show!  We had a great time.

11.  Andy took Noah to see the Lego Movie with some friends, so I decided that clare and I would go on our own little date.  A lunch date!  It was a blast.  She loved to just wander around and take a seat here and there.  I love spending time with this little lady.

12.  Attempting to take a picture of the baby bump, 21 weeks I believe.  Noah obviously had other ideas :)

13.  I'm not usually a burger kind of gal, but I can't resist Shake Shack's burgers.  Can't. Resist.

14.  Went on a little weekend girls trip with some friends up to Lake Winnipesaukee.  It was cold and snowy, but gorgeous.  We had such a fun time lounging and talking and going out to eat.  I especially loved not having to make my bed in the morning.

15.  While I was away, Andy took care of things at home.  I love this picture he took of the kids doing a craft at home depot.  Clare's hair is simply out of control.  It's just too funny.

16.  Clare and her cousin Brooklyn Skyping.  They were listening to frozen music and wearing matching princess dresses that their Nana made for them.

17.  If I ever have a reason to walk over to the Spangler here on campus, this girl always insists on coming and also insists on getting a chocolate chip muffin.  Every single time.

18.  A class field trip to the Boston Museum of Art.  The kids took a little tour and then were able to make something of their own out of clay!  Noah made a hammerhead shark, of course.  It was a fun place to go, but if I went back I'd definitely plan to go without my kids.

19.  We had a sunny day in Boston and decided to walk to Harvard square to get some froyo for a treat.  The kids enjoyed it, as you can see, and so did I!

20.  This rarely happens, but you know they're tired when.....

21.  I love this picture of Noah and Clare perched on the couch like this. Watching a show of some sort and just getting along.  I love that.

22.  I bought the kids a couple of games for them to play at home.  They especially loved this Fish game, but you can imagine how much cheating was taking place.

23.  Wearing Nana's bracelets as earrings.  She is such a character!
