Cute Kids

I might be a little bit bias, but I think I have the cutest kids! This last couple of weeks have been crazy with all our visitors and all the travelling we've been doing. Poor Bradley caught whatever bug has been going around. Daniel had this a couple weeks ago and we thought we had all made it without getting it, but Bradley finally did.

If any of my kids have to get sick I prefer it to be Bradley. This sounds bad I know, but he is the least whiny of all the kids. Of course my preference is that no one gets sick! Bradley is a trooper.

This is just another example of why we call him Daniel Piggy!

The boys just love Eliza! They love to play with her and are good helpers when I need someone to entertain her!

Daniel was having a hard time going number two yesterday so I put him on the toilet. He sat for about 45 minutes and only did pee pees. We read some stories and sang "Old Mac Donald". He is so cute when he sings...so last night when we were trying to get him to use the toilet again I gave him his Mac Donald book. A few minutes later I could hear him, Bradley, and Andy all singing. I had to capture it!

Eliza Videos

Eliza is to the point were she interacts with you when you talk to her. She was being so cute the other day, talking and laughing, but as soon as the camera came out she stopped! I tried hard to capture her sweet little smile and coos, but mostly ended up with her brothers coughing and hacking in the background!

Daniel got the camera and started video taping. He was so excited! I had to add this one. :)

Eliza LOVES her bouncer/vibrator. She gives me some of her best smiles and talks a lot when she is in it. Sometimes it get a little out of hand when her brothers try to "help" her bounce.

More Eliza

Eliza and I recently got back from house hunting in North Carolina.  She is an excellent traveling partner.  We had some extra time in the hotel and since I think she is so cute I had to get a couple pictures.

The Rest of The Trip

The second day Jason was with us and we went on a tour of the Base.  We had a lot of fun at the Airplane Museum.  The kids loved all the airplanes.

We went to feed the ducks at the park too.  Daniel was scared of the ducks and wouldn't go anywhere with our someone big.

Since Jason's plane came in so late the night before they were both pretty tired.  I can't believe how long they slept with "The Music Man" blarring on the TV and seven kids running around the house!  Aren't they cute?

Oakland Temple:

It was a beautiful day at the temple.  The flowers were just coming up well.   They smelled amazing!

There was a teenage girl watching her little cousin at the temple.  He was about 5 months old and he was screaming when we got onto the grounds.  He was still screaming when we were heading to the visitors center.  Laura was tempted to ask her if she needed help, but thought that might be a little bit inapropriate.  We didn't need to ask her because she walked up to us and asked if we spoke baby.  Laura had him calmed down pretty quickly.  He calmed down enough to leave him with his cousin and they both did fine.

The Beach & The Bridge:

We haven't ever been the beach here before.  There weren't any rocks on the shore line, but the waves were still crashing in.  It was really pretty!

The waves made foam all along the shoreline. 

Out of all the times I have been to the Golden Gate Bridge this was the first time I have actually walked out on to the bridge.

While we were out there a big tanker went under the bridge.  The kids were all really excited to see it.

It was giving this little tug boat a tow.

We were all pretty tired by the end of the day.

We had so much fun with our Mitchell Cousins.  Thanks for coming to visit us.  We miss you already!!

A visit from our Washington Cousins

Our Washington Mitchell Cousins came to visit for a few days on their way to "The Happy Place...Disney Land".  We haven't seen them for almost a year, so we were really excited to see them.  The first full day they were here we went to one of our favorite places...The Jelly Belly Factory!

Ben wanted to hold Eliza.  He bounced her just like Aunt Laura did and he put her right to sleep...what a guy!

Some of there friends came down from the Sacramento area to see them and join us at the Jelly Belly Factory.
