Just being a Girl

I am still awake and it is past midnight.Tomorrow is my haircut and I am not sure if I am excited or having a second thought.I really wanted to grow my hair longer but it never happen and maybe never will be.I promise to myself that I will not look at the hairstyle magazine so I won't change my mind. Last year I cut off my hair really short during winter time,it was a lesson for me.So tomorrow is the day,hopefully it will turn out good so that I will feel beautiful and happy.We women,loves our hair so much,it is part of our life and having a bad hair day is really disappointing.So wish me luck=). I am saying sayonara to my shoulder lenght hair,it will grow back before i know it.

LAsik Eye Surgery

Yesterday Migs had his Lasik eye surgery,before he left he told me that he is really excited to get rid of his eye glasses.He is been wearing his genius looking eyeglasses when he was 9 yrs old and now he is 21,a young man with a 10 yr old heart.I mean he is such a good and a very fine young man. when he arrived from the surgery,I can't help but giggle because he looked like a big tumble bee with his huge goggles,he can barely see and after 2 hrs he was in excruciating pain.He asked me for his pain medicine but it didn't help,so I called up his dad to prescribed higher dose,he was screaming and said he regrets the procedure.I feel sorry for him cause he had so many eyedrops every 15 mins or so,and if he scratches his eyes he might get blind totally. What really caught my attention is the goggles,he looks like Kanye West,while I am typing this,i can't help but smile,sorry Migs,don't mean to but it looks funny to me. Anyway LASIK stands for Laser-Assisted In Situ Keratomileusis and is a procedure that permanently changes the shape of the cornea, the clear covering of the front of the eye, using an excimer laser. A mechanical microkeratome (a blade device) or a laser keratome (a laser device) is used to cut a flap in the cornea. A hinge is left at one end of this flap. The flap is folded back revealing the stroma, the middlesection of the cornea. Pulses from a computer-controlled laser vaporize a portion of the stroma and the flap is replaced. There are other techniques and many new terms related to LASIK that you may hear about. This morning he took off the funny goggles and told me that he feels much better and can tolerate the light compare yesterday.I said that's how it is little boy,No pain,No gain.

Ok you might wonder what the heck I will talk about,last night me and my lil cuz cuz Kat,had a huge fighta s her mom called it,imagine she is only 8 yrs old and a 3rd grader asked me to help her with her project.Iwas so tired from work and all that I am dealing with at work and her she is bugging me to do her school project. The very reason why I don't want to help her is because her project is cooking/baking something.As I read the guidelines,I was appaled because how can a 3rd grader can do such thing.And I was refusing in a meanest face I can gave to her but she won't stop following and begging,so of course I ended up helping her. I am just suprised cause when I was in 3rd grade,ages ago,I can't even remember we did such thing as cooking or baking,I remembered vividly we had like a girlscout thing but the higher grade were the one in-charge for that dangerous stuff and now as young as 8 yrs ol they already have cooking/baking class.Why can't a kid be a kid for awhile?They grow up so fast now adays why they have to learn that in their very tender age? It is really a new world out there,and it scares me.Everything right now is in haste,full of pressure and caught up in the middle of everyhing that is goin on around us.I am just glad that I came here ready and able to stand with my own two feet.And below is the finished product of Kats project and she gave me a tight hug.A good reward for me.

It is Raining and BoRing

Aunt asked me to skip from work today to take care of Kat cause she has a fever and complained that her throat hurts that she can't eat that much( hallelujah).Aunt told me that she gonna pay me triple of what I earn for the day,not bad at all,I can stay at home,read my book and be with my dogs and of course attend Kats demand whatever it is.She just asked me to make her pancake and I did,we ate together and then gave her meds and she went back to bed. I cleaned up our filthy table,feed the dogs,vaccum the living room and washed all the dishes.In few hours marching back and forth in our house,i am exhausted.I called my friend and told her about my day,she said ..you are biitching again and we had a good laughed about it.We talked from dancing with the stars show,the debate last night and of course our favorite topic of all time....LOVELIFE....she was bitching about her live-in partner,from his being "burara" and all.I told her you keep on complaining but you picked every dirt he left,and I added ,if that makes you mad as you claimed then quit doing it.I have my point right? So much for that I have to make arrozcaldo for Kat now,after I am done rambling here,I will facing the kitchen again which I thought I wont be cooking for the rest of the year but I am wrong.Anyway,it is just arrozcaldo and only for the little one so I will oblige. Road rules/Real World " the Island"

I am an avid fan of this show,since i can't watch it during their original airtime,I am just glad to watch it in reruns.This is really a tough competition,sort of like "The Survivor",but this show is full of characters,if you are weak you are not for this competition.The casts are mean,very rude and opinionated.They will eat you alive. What is really funny when one of the contestant/contender said that they have no strenght because they have been eating rice and fish it made me laugh so hard.In my country,having rice and fish is a great blessing.It is more than enough to give us fuel and strenght to go on for the whole day. I wonder who will be send home next week,most of the guys are are such a whiner,selfish...this is DOG eat Dog show..so goodluck to them....and thanks for entertaining us.

AT last!!!

Today is the end of September meaning I will not be cooking anymore,my turn is OVER at last,oppss!! don't get me wrong,I do love cooking but if you are infront of the kitchen everyday it became a burden instead of an enjoyment.I used to look forward of finding something new recipes but this time I will put it aside. Too much cooking makes me cry,and just thinking what to prepare gave me anxiety and I became restless,I am just glad that for now I don't have to think what food to put in our table.Feeding my family is a very challenging job cause they have very picky taste buds especially my aunt and his son.Am just glad that Kat is very easy to please and Bossing doesn't really care what we have. I will still in the kitchen once a week to prepare and cook my doogies food but it is not that hard.I will be cooking again somewhere in DEcember or January and at that time I guess I have already found a new recipes to cook and prepare.Wish me luck guys.

What happened to my Fajitas?

Let me laugh first ok?hahaaha!!! I supposed to make Fajita for our lunch,I had all the ingredients and I was confident it will came up yummy as I followed carefully the instructions,well not really-)..I used flank steak instead of chicken breast,then it says that drain before you put the seasoning and that part I didn't follow because I don't want to throw away the sauce.I put the Fajita seasoning ,add the bell pepper and onions.And let it cook in slow fire. When I came back to check,the sauce is too much...I wonder how can i put this in tortilla when its too wet.Aunt came home and laughed really hard when she tasted it,she said this is not Fajita,,this is Pepper Steak...grrrrr..!!! I said no..it is Fajita....but I ended up nodding my head and said yah...this one taste like pepper steak...well...my consolation is we finished it but not with tortilla as I originally planned instead with rice.=) I have no picture of it coz it was too late when I realized that I wanted to post it here but since it wasn't Fajita anymore it doesn't matter at all.

iXplore The World Someone told me exactly that words....I was browsing in the net and I encounter this site with all those graphics and some cheesy quotes and funny I found that word.Hmmmm.. Am I really happy?but I can look in someones eyes and can say " I am ok"...wait....ok and being happy are 2 different words aiyt? my fave hair product is my dogs pet product too

Yesterday I went to the beauty shop not for anything else but because of boredom,I was about to get some of my favorite shampoo and conditioner but what really caught my attention was their new products but it is not for human but for dogs...Since i have four dogs i decided to get some for them instead for my self. and I tried them today to roxy and Tito...yippieee!!!! they smells good..really good......I am so happy though it is a bit pricey....but it is worthy...it is a product made by:Paul Mitchell
