Critical Failure on iOS – Broken Permissions and Non-Existent Support

Whisper Flow is currently completely non-functional on the latest version of iOS. The core issue is critical: the app cannot access the microphone. It fails to trigger the system-level permission prompt, and because it never requests access, it doesn’t even appear under Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Microphone. Without this, the app is essentially a digital paperweight.I am posting this here because the official support channels are a masterclass in frustration. I’ve already submitted a request via the in-app form – which is severely limited to a tiny character count and allows no attachments or diagnostic data – but it has gone completely ignored.The web-based support is even worse. After navigating the mandatory AI agent, the submission form becomes physically impossible to use; it won’t scroll down, meaning the "Submit" button is unreachable. It is unacceptable to charge for a product while hiding behind broken, unnavigable support walls.Unless the developers address these basic UX and permission bugs, I strongly advise staying away. A "flow" that can’t hear its user is no flow at all.
