Performance redefined
The performance upgrade 2.0 enables maximum torque of up to 120 Nm and maximum motor support of 600% up to 15 km/h via a free software update. Software optimisations give you more powerful propulsion and allow you to use maximum power for longer.(1-5) The maximum values available for your eBike depend on your drive unit and the approval of your eBike manufacturer.
Your achievements in detail
The annual overview in the Flow+ subscription is being expanded. You can now also analyse elevation, speed, power, cadence, riding mode usage, power share and Trick Check data.
(1) 120 newton metres of maximum torque, with deviations possible depending on shifting system type. Higher performance values also mean higher wear and a lower range – we leave this individual decision to you. The eBike manufacturer can set a limit in the factory on the maximum torque. In the eBike Flow app, you can then only set the maximum torque specified by the manufacturer. Available from 4 May 2026 for the Performance Line CX-R (BDU386Y), Performance Line CX (BDU384Y) and Cargo Line (BDU384Y). The Performance Line CX-R (BDU386Y) is still supplied as standard with the performance values 100 Nm, 750 watts and 400% support. The Performance Line CX (BDU384Y) is still supplied as standard with the performance values 85 Nm, 600 watts and 340% support. The Cargo Line (BDU384Y) is still supplied as standard with the performance values 85 Nm, 600 watts and 400% support. These values represent the ideal balance between performance and fun in relation to wear and range.
(2) Up to 600% support only up to 15 km/h. Available from 4 May 2026 in the Race, Turbo, eMTB+, Cargo and Auto riding modes for selected drive units of the smart system: Performance Line CX-R (BDU386Y), Performance Line CX Race Limited Edition (BDU376Y), Performance Line CX (BDU384Y), Performance Line CX (BDU374Y), Cargo Line (BDU384Y), Cargo Line (BDU374Y), Performance Line PX (BDU347Y); only in the USA and New Zealand: Performance Line Speed (BDU388Y) and Performance Line Sport (BDU347Y). Details on the compatibility of your eBike can be found in the eBike Flow app. The drive units are supplied with max. 340% or 400% support as standard (depending on the drive unit). These values represent the ideal balance between performance and fun in relation to wear and range.
(3) Available from 4 May 2026 in combination with DualBattery and the PowerTube 800, PowerTube 600 and PowerTube 750 eBike batteries for selected drive units of the smart system: Performance Line CX-R (BDU386Y), Performance Line CX (BDU384Y), Cargo Line (BDU384Y).
(4) Available from 4 May 2026 in Europe only in combination with the PowerTube 800 and PowerTube 600 eBike batteries and for selected drive units of the smart system: Performance Line CX-R (BDU386Y), Performance Line CX (BDU384Y), and Cargo Line (BDU384Y).
(5) How long the maximum power of 750 watts is delivered depends on a number of factors, including cooling of the eBike components, the charge level of the battery, and the outside temperature. Deviations possible, depending on the battery.

Your ride. Your statistics. Your story.
More skills. More fun.
Improve your skills and analyse your performance: Trick Check automatically recognises and records the type of trick, from Jumps and Stoppies to Manuals and Wheelies.* It gives you direct feedback on the display and via an audible signal to help you improve your riding technique. During your ride, you can see the distance, duration, altitude or angle on your display for eight seconds at a time. After your ride, you'll find your best performances in the eBike Flow app.
The function is activated as standard on the Kiox 400C and Purion 400. ** On all other displays, you can activate it whenever you want in the display settings*** and switch the audible signal on and off. The sensor system is set up only to respond to obvious tricks.****
Your heartbeat. Your performance.
Make your training even more effective by analysing your heart rate after your ride. You can already connect your heart rate monitor to your eBike via Bluetooth and track your heart rate on your display during your ride.*** Now the data will be saved in the eBike Flow app. This means that you can analyse your heart rate in detail in the statistics after your ride.
To do this, go to the "Statistics" menu item in the eBike Flow app and select a ride. You can see your average heart rate and the changes in your heart rate during the ride.
Saving favourites.
When you're planning your route, you can add places as favourites in the eBike Flow app – for example, your home, your workplace or the location of your favourite ride. In the "Plan" menu item, you can add up to three favourite places as navigation shortcuts via the new button on the map. On your next ride, select them in the quick menu of your ride screen or your Kiox 300, Kiox 400C or Kiox 500 display and make starting your route even easier.
eShift with Gearsensor.
Enjoy manual gear changes that feel beautifully smooth – wherever you're going. eShift supports mechanical hub and derailleur gears that are fitted with the GS shifting solution from Gearsensor for manual shifting. This briefly interrupts motor support while you are shifting gear, making gear changes feel more comfortable.
The Gearsensor eShift solution is now in the eBike Flow app. You can find this function in the eBike Flow app settings under My eBike > eShift.
Improvements to eBike Lock and Bluetooth connection.
We have improved more functions of the eBike Flow app in this version. For example, if you use eBike Lock with your phone as the key, you can now unlock your eBike twice as quickly. We've also improved the Bluetooth connection to your eBike, for better stability.
*Trick Check works with the Performance Line CX (BDU384Y), Performance Line CX-R (BDU384Y), Performance Line CX Race (BDU374Y), Performance Line CX (BDU374Y) and Performance Line SX (BDU314Y) and on the following displays: Kiox 300, Kiox 400C, Kiox 500, Purion 200, Purion 400.
**If Trick Check is not already activated, you can activate it on the display under "Settings > Display > Trick Check".
***Not available for the Intuvia 100
****The minimum requirements for obvious tricks are: jump (distance > 0.5 m, duration > 0.15 s), wheelie/manual (distance > 2 m, angle > 15°, speed > 5 km/h), stoppie (angle depending on the speed, duration > 0.3 s).

Invisible to thieves. Visible to everyone: Mark eBike as stolen
If thieves steal your eBike, you can mark it as stolen in the eBike Flow app with just a few taps on your phone screen. This increases your chances of getting your eBike back. At the same time, it makes it unattractive for thieves to steal your eBike. Because as soon as someone tries to connect to your eBike, for example when it is sold on, it is immediately identifiable as a stolen eBike. This applies, for example, to eBike dealers, other eBike Flow app users or second-hand buyers. If your eBike battery is stolen, you can also mark it as stolen as an individual component.
To mark your eBike as stolen, go to the eBike Flow app settings. You can mark your eBike battery as stolen in the settings under "Components". You then have the option of having a theft report drawn up so that you can report the incident to the police and, if necessary, to your insurance company. It's essential that you fill in the eBike pass, because the theft report uses the data in the pass.
You can only mark an eBike or an eBike battery as stolen if you have registered your eBike as the main user in the eBike Flow app. If your eBike or eBike battery is found, you can cancel the marking in the settings of the eBike Flow app.

More power when it counts.
The Performance Line SX (BDU314Y) is increasing in strength. You can select up to 400% support and 60 Nm torque in the custom riding modes of the eBike Flow app* when you want it – or permanently. The higher torque gives you better acceleration. The increased support quadruples your rider power.
Make your display unique
The Kiox 400C always shows you exactly the information you need – so that you can focus on the trail. You can now configure your display to suit your preferences via the eBike Flow app – as with the Kiox 300 and Kiox 500. With over 30 customisation options, you decide for yourself what you see on your display while riding.
For the Kiox 300, Kiox 500 and Kiox 400C, you can now decide precisely how the tiles are arranged on your display. With nine new configuration options, you can make your display even more personalised – and arrange the information exactly as you want it when you're riding. This ensures you always have an overview of what is important to you.
In the settings of the eBike Flow app, you can use the "Display configuration" function to add content and change or delete screens as normal and also decide on the order and arrangement of the screens yourself.
Follow your original route
Import your route, for example from komoot, and follow it exactly – without automatic rerouting. With the new "Follow original route" button, you can ensure that you stay on the route you originally planned – even if it takes you along unknown paths. This means you can follow exactly the same route as your friends, for example. You see only the route line on your display and you navigate without voice navigation and turn-by-turn directions.
The "Follow original route" button is displayed in the settings of your imported route. When you activate it, you will receive a warning that the route may contain sections that are difficult to ride.
Shift even more easily and flexibly with eShift
Our eShift portfolio continues to grow and many new functions are now available for eBikes with the smart system. With our new solutions, you can shift gears even more easily – and can be even more flexible when choosing your eBike.
In the settings of the eBike Flow app, you can add the appropriate eShift solution via Components > "eShift".
Find the right solution even faster
An error code is now shown as a QR code on your display. You can simply scan the QR code – and the appropriate page will open in the Help Center with a description and possible solution steps.
Select your specialist dealer
On the home screen of the eBike Flow app, you can now select your preferred Bosch eBike dealer, which means that you can access all their important contact details quickly. Your trusted dealer can also make this setting now in their Bosch diagnostics software. But ultimately it's up to you to decide who your favourite specialist dealer is.
Further improvements
We have made further improvements to the eBike Flow app to make it even easier for you to use. The settings are organised in clear clusters with new headings – so that you always have a clear overview.
*Maximum values: Deviations possible, depending on the hub gear system and battery. Higher performance values also mean higher wear and a lower range – we leave this individual decision to you. The eBike manufacturer can set a limit in the factory on the maximum performance values. The “Y” in the product code is a placeholder and may contain a different number depending on the model, e.g. BDU3140.

More power when it counts. In everyday life and for your adventures.
Our Drive Units are getting stronger: More power, more torque or a higher support factor. You decide if and when to set these performance values in the eBike Flow app.*
You can adjust the performance values for the following Drive Units of the smart system:
• Cargo Line (BDU384Y)
• Performance Line PX (BDU347Y)
• Performance Line Speed (BDU388Y)
• Performance Line CX (BDU384Y)
• Performance Line CX (BDU374Y)
This is how it works: After the update, you can set the performance values via the custom riding modes. The individual values can be adjusted using Sliders. A new Tile: “Max. power (watts)”. Here you can set the maximum power in 25 watt increments.
Note: For Performance Line CX (BDU384Y) you may need to follow additional steps. Follow the instructions in the eBike Flow app.
Share your eBike. With family and friends.
Sharing is fun. And that's true of biking too. Starting now you can share your eBike with up to five individuals. So they too can enjoy an even better riding experience with the eBike Flow app. To share your eBike with friends and family, you are the only one needing a Flow+ subscription – not the invited Secondary users or guests.*** You stay in control as the Main user. You are the only one who can activate or deactivate important functions, adjust basic settings, carry out over-the-air updates and store data in the eBike Pass.
The invitation is sent via a link that you can create in the eBike Flow app. To do this, open the “Share eBike” menu item in the eBike settings and tap “Create invitation.” The invited individuals only have to accept the invitation and connect the eBike.
Lock the battery digitally. Park your eBike with even greater assurance.
With Battery Lock, you can also digitally protect your eBike battery: If it is stolen, this function deactivates your battery and makes it useless to thieves. This way you can protect one of the most expensive components on your eBike and park it with more peace of mind. You get Battery Lock exclusively with the Flow+ subscription.***
This is how it works: Select the battery you want to lock in the settings of “Lock & Alarm.” Battery Lock activates automatically as soon as you switch off your eBike or remove your display – like the eBike Lock. You can use several digital keys at the same time: Your smartphone with the eBike Flow app and your Kiox 300 or Kiox 500. With the eBike Flow app, you can manage your digital keys or switch off Battery Lock again if you want to share your battery, for example.
Your annual overview at a glance
Flow+ provides you with an Annual overview of your rides.*** This allows you to track your progress over the years. The overview of the most important riding data by year is right at the top of your statistics. It shows you the total number of trips, distance traveled, trip time, elevation gain and CO2 savings. These valuable statistics are linked to your Account and apply to all eBikes registered in the eBike Flow app.
Your route. In 3D.
The ride screen now offers you a 3D map display of the terrain. You can find your way around the city even better thanks to the 3D representation of prominent buildings. You can also use the 3D map display without active navigation and for route planning. This premium service is available to you with the Flow+ subscription.***
*Higher performance values also mean higher wear and lower range – we leave this individual decision up to you. The eBike manufacturer can limit the maximum performance values in the factory setting. In the eBike Flow app, and then you can only set the maximum values specified by the manufacturer.
***The Flow+ subscription is subject to a charge. Use of Flow+ is subject to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

In this version, we have made minor improvements. We also fixed a bug that caused unexpected logouts.

One account – several eBikes: The eBike Flow app is your digital garage
You can now add up to six eBikes to your account. A new service on the home screen allows you to manage all your eBikes.
Here's how it works: Once you have connected your first eBike to the eBike Flow app, a new button appears in the top left-hand corner of the home screen. This will take you to the overview where you can manage all your eBikes.
Name your eBikes individually so that you can distinguish between them more easily. In the eBike Flow app settings, you can define your own name using the pen icon.
To make full use of all the functions of the eBike Flow app, such as digital theft protection with eBike Lock or updates over-the-air, you need to register each of your eBikes. You can continue to use your functions as usual. The respective configuration of your eBikes is retained.
Important if you want to analyse your ride data: The information on the home screen relates to your selected eBike. However, your activities, which you can find under Statistics, are linked to your account and relate to your rides, regardless of which eBike you use.
You can also use our Flow+ premium services with all your eBikes. Would you like to experience the full range of services of Flow+? A ConnectModule must be installed on the respective eBike for the eBike Alarm or the current charge level. You can easily check whether your selected eBike is equipped with this in the eBike Flow app: via the cogwheel icon > eBike pass > Components.
All important settings can be accessed even faster
You will now find all eBike-related settings in the home screen at the top right behind the cogwheel icon. There you can customise your eBike as usual or adjust your riding modes to your individual needs. Your profile settings, including the options for Flow+, can now be found at the bottom right of your screen under "Profile".
eShift with TRP: Store shifter in the eBike pass
Is your eBike equipped with the eShift electric gear shifting solution with TRP? You can now save the TRP shifter as a component in your eBike pass in the eBike Flow app. With the eBike pass, you can keep track of all the important information about your eBike – so you always have all the data to hand.
1.26.9 07/04/2025
eShift with Rohloff E-14
For the Rohloff E-14 eShift solution, you can now use the eBike Flow app to set the gear to automatically downshift when starting off – even when stationary at traffic lights, for example. You can find this function in the eBike Flow app settings under My eBike > eShift. To use automatic downshifting with Rohloff E-14, you also need to update the firmware from our partner Rohloff. This firmware update will be available in the next few weeks.
"Live Sync" from komoot with the eBike Flow app – ready to go with just one click "
Together with our partner komoot, we have worked on making it even easier for you to start your route planned with komoot using the eBike Flow app. That's why we have integrated "Live Sync" from komoot into our eBike Flow app.
This is how it works: Once you have planned a route with komoot, simply click on the "Navigate with Bosch eBike Flow" button. You will then receive a push notification from the eBike Flow app, which you can use to start your route.
"Live Sync" is optimised for group rides. The organiser shares the route via komoot – and all participants receive a push notification from the eBike Flow app to start the route.
You also have the option of adapting your route on the go: open the route in komoot, add stopovers or re-plan it – and the new route is available in the eBike Flow app.
One more thing: in future you will find inspiration for your routes. In the planning view and under "My routes" you will see a banner with interesting routes in your neighbourhood.
This feature will be available from the beginning of February.
Your route at a glance in the ride screen
Get an overview of your route in the ride screen with just one click. With one button you can easily switch between two views: your current, centred position with the usual navigation and – something new – an overview of your route, which automatically zooms out with just one click.
eBike Flow app with Apple Watch Series 3 or older
In order to provide you with a unique experience in terms of functionality and performance, the eBike Flow app will only support Apple Watch models from Series 4 or later in future. Unfortunately, owners of an Apple Watch Series 3 or older will not be able to receive any further updates for the eBike Flow app for this device.

• Flow+: With immediate effect, you can use two of the Flow+ subscription's functions without the ConnectModule. "Extended navigation" and "additional statistics" are now available to everyone who wants to get even more out of their eBike with Flow+. Thanks to the free trial period, you can try out the new premium services. Take this opportunity to get to know Flow+.
Your eBike must be equipped with the ConnectModule in order to use the Premium Service eBike Alarm and "Current charge level". Your specialist dealer or eBike manufacturer can tell you whether your eBike is compatible with the ConnectModule. You also have the option of checking in the eBike Flow app under "My eBike > eBike Pass > Components" whether the ConnectModule can be retrofitted to your eBike.
The Flow+ subscription is subject to a charge. When using Flow+, the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply.
The Flow+ subscription is automatically renewed as long as you do not cancel it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the subscription period you have selected.
• To the ride screen with just one click: Thanks to a new button, you can now access the ride screen from anywhere with just one click – no matter where you are in the eBike Flow app. The button adapts its appearance depending on the activity or eBike status. It also adapts its colour to the selected riding mode. An animated effect around the button indicates that activity tracking is activated and your ride is being automatically recorded.
1.24.7 07/10/2024
Extended navigation: Better orientation and more precise navigation
An even more detailed map view for your Kiox 300 and Kiox 500 provides improved orientation and more precise navigation. Now you can see not only your route and intersections, but also the entire road and path network.
Current charge level: convenient route planning from your sofa
Keep an eye on the current charge level of your battery in the eBike Flow app at all times and check when it is fully charged from your sofa.
Additional statistics: Analyse your own rider power and riding mode usage
After your ride, you can analyse how your own rider power compared to the motor power and which riding modes you used and how often.
To use Flow+, your eBike must be equipped with the ConnectModule. Your specialist dealer or eBike manufacturer can tell you whether your eBike is compatible with the ConnectModule. You also have the option of checking in the eBike Flow app under "My eBike > eBike Pass > Components" whether the ConnectModule can be retrofitted to your eBike.
Improvements
Custom riding modes: If a new riding mode is available for the smart system, you can currently only obtain it from your specialist dealer. From version 1.23, it is possible to obtain additional riding modes such as Eco+ or Auto via the eBike Flow app. Download the latest version as soon as it is available and update your eBike. You then still have the option of putting together your four favourite modes. Which riding modes are available to you depends on the drive unit and the eBike category. The bicycle manufacturer can also exclude certain riding modes from the configuration ex works.
Account: With the eBike Flow app, all your data and settings are retained because they are now stored in the cloud. Simply log in on your new device and pick up where you last left off.
1.23.6 26/08/2024
Range Control – never worry about battery range again
Plan routes with freedom and flexibility, without range anxiety – and enjoy the ride without having to worry about the battery status. Thanks to artificial intelligence, the new Range Control function now makes this a reality.*
When you plan a route with the eBike Flow app, you can see straight away how much battery capacity will remain when you reach your destination in your chosen support mode. With Range Control, you can now decide for yourself how much (minimum) battery charge you need to reach your destination. Depending on your choice, you will see whether you can travel your route with full, low or very low support. During your ride, the support from the Drive Unit is then adapted to ensure the desired battery status on arrival.
Here's how it works: To display the most accurate range possible, your eBike uses the smart system to find out various pieces of information. The system weight, for example, or the elevation graph of the route and your individual riding style on your last rides. The predictions become more and more precise: once the first activities have been recorded, the eBike Flow app can determine the battery status on arrival much more accurately than before.
*Range Control does not work with S-Pedelecs and is not available for Auto mode.
Purion 200 – configure your display
On asphalt or on trails: on your display, you want to see the information that suits your current riding situation and route. That's why we now also let you configure the display of the Purion 200. Using the eBike Flow app, you can add content, change or delete screens and determine the display sequence yourself. With more than 30 types of information available plus individually customisable displays, the Purion 200 can now also become your personalised display.
CO2 savings in the statistics
Sustainability is important to us. That's why from now on, as soon as you've finished your ride, you'll be able to see in the statistics how much CO2 you've saved compared to travelling the same distance by car.
ABS statistics
If you ride with the Bosch eBike ABS, activity tracking will now show you how often you braked in total, and how often the ABS was activated on your last ride.
We've also made some minor improvements. For example, you can now set the ride screen to your favorite format.
Note: After you have downloaded the new version of the eBike Flow app, update your eBike with the smart system using the eBike Flow app. This way you can take advantage of all the features and improvements we have listed here. Please ensure that all the components are attached to your eBike before updating it.
1.22.7 02/07/2024
To offer even more eBike enthusiasts – and those who ride with their phone vertically on the handlebar – an even better, smart riding experience, the Ride screen is now also available in portrait format, with all important riding data at a glance: 3D map display, turn-by-turn directions via acoustic signal or voice output, Quick Menu for flexible destination changes, elevation graph, and heart rate monitor. Controlling your phone as an eBike display works with the LED Remote, Mini Remote, or Purion 200, allowing you to stay focused on the ride and keep your hands on the handlebar.
You can access the Ride screen as before: Open the "Ride" section in the eBike Flow app and tap on the black bar at the bottom of your phone screen to open the "Ride" screen.
1.21.3 21/05/2024
Return to your planned komoot or GPX route as quickly as possible
As eBike fans, we're familiar with the problem: you're enjoying the view or the countryside, causing you to miss the next turn-off and deviate from the planned route. You need to re-route, a function that we have fundamentally improved with this version for imported routes (from komoot or via GPX file). If you deviate from your planned route, we will automatically calculate the best way back to your original planned trip. Once you are back on track, your original route will be displayed again as usual.
eBike Flow app with iPhone 7 or older
We optimise and improve the eBike Flow app with each update. To provide you with a unique experience in terms of functionality and performance, in future the eBike Flow app will only support Apple models from the iPhone 8 with iOS 16 or higher. Unfortunately, owners of an iPhone 7 or older will not be able to receive any further updates for the eBike Flow app.
Once you have downloaded the new version of the eBike Flow app, update your eBike with the smart system using the eBike Flow app. This way you can take advantage of all the features and improvements we have listed here. Please ensure that all the components are attached to your eBike before updating it.

Thank you for using the eBike Flow app! In this version, we have fixed bugs and made improvements. We hope you continue to enjoy your eBike.
1.18.8 19/02/2024
After you have downloaded the new version of the eBike Flow app, update your eBike with the smart system via the eBike Flow app. This way you can take advantage of all the features and improvements we have listed here. Please make sure that all components are attached to your eBike before you update your eBike.
Kiox 300 and Kiox 500 – think dynamically like you.
With our new "dynamic screen" function, you automatically receive the information that suits your current riding situation: When you ride uphill, you see your power, your cadence and the elevation covered.
You may be asking yourself: how does my eBike know whether I'm riding uphill, downhill or on a level surface? Your drive unit recognises the gradient value, sends it to your display – and your Kiox 300 or Kiox 500 shows you everything automatically.
In the settings of the eBike Flow app under "My eBike" > "Display configuration" you can activate the dynamic screen. To do this you have to create it as a new screen. Before riding, you select the dynamic screen on Kiox 300 or Kiox 500 and the rest is automatic.
Whether belt, band or smartwatch: heart rate monitor in the smart system
The community has spoken – and we've listened to you: A popular feature is now coming to the smart system. With immediate effect, you can connect your heart rate monitor to your eBike via Bluetooth and track your heart rate on Kiox 300 or Kiox 500 while riding.
To connect, you use the eBike Flow app. Here's how it works: For example, have your chest strap ready, go to the eBike Flow app settings under "My eBike" > "eBike Pass" > "Components" and add your new device. Please note that the device must be in connection mode to be paired. In addition, you must actively add this new screen on Kiox 300 or Kiox 500 – via the "Display configuration" function under "My eBike".
Uphill, downhill: Discover the elevation graph of your next ride
With immediate effect, you can keep an eye on the elevation graph of your current ride on Kiox 300 or Kiox 500 and be pleased with what you have already achieved. While you navigate, your display also shows you which ascents and recovery phases await you.
The new “Elevation” screen can also be added in the eBike Flow app using the “Display configuration” function under “My eBike”.
And don't forget: there must always be a connection between the phone and eBike in order to utilise the benefits of this function.
Favourite riding modes – put together what suits you best.
With this update, we give you the opportunity to put together your four favourite modes from all the riding modes available for your eBike – and customise them as usual. Instead of the economical Eco mode, you can use the Auto mode, for example, which automatically adapts the support to the environmental conditions.
You can find this new function on the home screen or in the settings of the eBike Flow app under “Individual riding modes”.
Turn support into motivation. New displays for Kiox 300 and Kiox 500: “Use of riding modes” and “Power share”
Two new screens for Kiox 300 and Kiox 500 now show you how you are doing on your current ride. Simply select the appropriate riding mode while riding and you will see how your own performance compares to the motor support. To see the "power distribution" in percent in the display, use the screen of the same name. Maybe this will motivate you to achieve your fitness goal next time with less support from the electric motor.
You add the new screens using the display configuration function under “My eBike”.
Navigate flexibly while riding: Quick Menu for Kiox 300 and Kiox 500
You can customise destinations by starting navigation to one of your most recent destinations. You can also stop your currently active navigation. To do this, hold down the selection button of the LED Remote, Mini Remote or Purion 200 for longer than one second without removing your phone from your pocket.

Always at hand: the digital eBike pass: With the eBike pass you receive an overview of important information about your eBike. Data about your eBike, such as the model and installed components, is stored here. You can also add further details manually, for example your eBike's frame number, documents and special features.
This not only helps your specialist dealer with questions about your eBike, but also comes in handy if it is stolen or you sell it because all the relevant information is immediately to hand.
You can find the eBike pass in the settings of your eBike Flow app under “My eBike”. Here, you can also store the most important information and documents.
Tip: Take a photo of your eBike right now and save the image in the eBike pass.
Rapid assistance with the theft report: Time is ticking away. If someone steals your eBike, you need to act quickly and report it to the police. With the theft report, you can respond immediately. That way, you increase your chances of getting your eBike back.
In the event of theft, a document can be automatically produced with all important information about the incident and details of the eBike. This theft report uses the data entered from the eBike pass function. With eBike Alarm, you can also add the most recent location or a live tracking link.
You can report your eBike as stolen in the settings of the eBike Flow app under “My eBike". Enter the time and location and describe the incident. To make it easier to reach you, fill in your details with your name and phone number. The theft report automatically adopts further information from the eBike pass. It's therefore best to fill it out right away.
Further improvements: To access your eBike's settings even faster, you can now tap on the eBike image or your name on the home screen.

Flexible navigation as you ride: quick menu in the ride screen
Would you welcome the flexibility to change your navigation destination while riding without having to stop? The new Quick Menu in the Ride screen makes this possible. You can customise destinations by starting navigation to one of your most recent destinations. You can also stop your currently active navigation. To do this, hold down the selection button of the LED Remote, Mini Remote or Purion 200 for longer than one second without removing your smartphone from the mount.
But be careful: keep your hands on the handlebar. After all, this feature was developed for your safety. Change destination, maintain an overview, ride safely.
From A via B to C - adding stopovers
A refreshing stopover by a lake, followed by a detour to a beer garden - sounds like the perfect day, doesn't it? The advanced route planning of the eBike Flow app lets you incorporate such moments into your rides more effectively. Design your route exactly the way you want it and incorporate individual stopovers with ease. The choice is yours: set your stopover directly on the map by pressing and holding or using the "Add destination" option. Our navigation system reliably guides you through your route - to every stopover, every new discovery and every highlight along the way to your final destination.
Up high: displaying the elevation profile directly during your ride
Conquer new heights and master every challenge. The elevation profile on your Ride screen now shows you during the ride what you have already achieved and what still lies ahead of you. The graph shows differences in altitude over the course of your ride. This means you know immediately which climbs and recovery phases still await you. Ideal if you want to keep an eye on your performance - completely in the flow.
Now fully integrated: eShift with enviolo
Automatic gear shifting is now possible with enviolo. Set your desired cadence directly in the Quick Menu on the Ride screen. The continuously variable shifting system with eShift responds fully automatically. This ensures you always ride in the right gear with an even cadence. You can now add eShift as a component to the eBike Flow app.
Keeping a close eye on your pulse: Heart rate from Apple Watch on Kiox 300 or Kiox 500
You can now keep an eye on your heart rate without having to constantly check your Apple Watch. The Apple Watch measures your heart rate and the Kiox 300 or Kiox 500 displays it. To do this, create a new screen with the display configuration in the eBike Flow app before your ride. This requires you to connect your Apple Watch in the eBike Flow app settings under "Connected services". You can track your heart rate directly on the handlebar and optimise your training without looking at your wrist.

Thank you for using the eBike Flow app! In this version, we have only fixed minor bugs and made a few improvements. We hope you continue to enjoy your eBike.
