All of October was spent stressing out about change. November, in turn, was all about letting the changes really sink in! The kids have had a great time in the snow. It's been fun for them having it stick around for more than just a day or two. The adults wouldn't mind it so much if they believed in ice melt around here.

The big November event was Grandma Nancy's wedding to Grandpa David on Thanksgiving in Kuna. For the first time, we were one of the traveling families coming home for the holidays. My plan was to head over early Monday and Rusty would follow. Mother nature had other plans... Snow snow and more snow! I was not driving alone in that! School was cancelled due to snow on Monday and Tuesday of that week, so we hung out together making gingerbread men and trying to stay warm.

We headed out Wednesday after lunch driving through an icy windy day but thankfully, no new snow. It took us an extra 3 hours to get home cramped together in the truck. We were all cranky but so happy to be Home!
