Congratulations to our Las Vegas-based team members who participated in this year’s City of Las Vegas Corporate Challenge, bringing home 1st place overall (Division A) for the seventh time since 2016!   Corporate Challenge is the largest amateur sporting event in Nevada, uniting thousands of employees across 11 weeks of competition designed to promote teamwork, wellbeing and community spirit.   Our team delivered standout performances across a wide range of events, with first-place finishes in Beverage Pong, Biggest Winner (weight loss competition), Bowling, Kickball, Swimming and Tennis helping secure the overall win.   We are also proud to have received the Director’s Sportsmanship Award this year, recognising the respect, integrity and teamwork demonstrated throughout the competition. Together, these achievements are a fantastic example of our commitment to Collective Brilliance in action.   Thank you to everyone who took part and represented Aristocrat with pride, and to our fellow competitors for an incredible season of competition. In Action. 💙   Meaningful impact starts with strong community partnerships and a shared commitment to action.   Recently, we served as a breakfast sponsor for the Shoes for Scholars fifth annual golf tournament. With strong representation from our team, we supported a mission focused on recognizing academic achievement by providing brand-new shoes to students working hard to achieve their academic goals in under‑resourced schools across Southern Nevada, helping build confidence and encourage continued success in the classroom.   We also supported the Tribal Gaming Protection Network’s Women’s Summit as a presenting sponsor. This event brings together leaders from across tribal gaming and tribal government to share knowledge, build connections, and elevate the next generation of professionals. Our participation reflects an ongoing commitment to supporting leadership development and advancing opportunities across the industry.   In Las Vegas, we took part in the Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas Women’s Build, where our volunteers connected, celebrated their achievements, and worked together to help create affordable housing solutions. Through this effort, we support Habitat’s mission to build strength, stability, and self‑reliance through shelter, while contributing directly to the communities where we live and work.   In Tulsa, we served as the title sponsor for the Tulsa Regional Chamber’s State of the Tribal Nations, an event developed in collaboration with the Cherokee, Muscogee, and Osage Nations. In Action. 💙   In recognition of National Volunteer Week in the U.S., our teams put purpose into action by supporting organizations that strengthen communities in meaningful, hands‑on ways.   We hosted a Board of Directors meeting for Communities In Schools of Nevada in our Summerlin office, welcoming more than 20 community leaders committed to helping students stay in school and succeed.   Supporting sustainability and education, our volunteers joined Green Our Planet’s Spring Student Farmers Market on Earth Day at Downtown Summerlin, assisting students with sales and payments as they sold homegrown produce. The result: more than $19,000 in profit reinvested into student programs.   Our teams also partnered with Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas by participating in a Skills Workshop where they helped pilot a new program focused on practical, day‑to‑day home improvement and maintenance skills.   And as a sponsor of Make-A-Wish Nevada’s Walk for Wishes 5K, our volunteers walked alongside families to celebrate wishes already granted and help raise funds to bring hope and joy to even more children.   Finally, our EPIC Employee Impact Group members took part in Aid For AIDS of Nevada (AFAN)’s AIDS Walk Las Vegas, supporting one of Nevada’s most impactful fundraisers for individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS.   Different causes. This #EarthDay, we’re reflecting on the tangible steps we’re taking to reduce our environmental footprint while strengthening resilience across our operations.   By scaling our refurbishment capabilities and reimagining packaging and transportation across our global supply chain, we’re aligning more closely with future demand—without compromising the planet.
