New ASIC guidance on sustainability reporting ASIC’s new Regulatory Guide 280 (RG 280) provides long-awaited clarity for businesses navigating these complex reporting requirements. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗔𝗜 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀   It was fantastic meeting customers, partners, and our SAP teams across Australia and New Zealand last week. The conversations confirmed strong momentum as organizations advance their digital transformation with AI to deliver rapid business value.   At the SAP Federal Government Advisory Council, hosted by the Digital Transformation Agency, I met with 17 Public Sector agencies. A clear message emerged: government requires secure, sovereign, AI ready systems that can deliver better outcomes for society. SAP Business Suite, SAP Business Data Cloud, and our Sovereign Cloud capabilities continue to resonate as agencies plan their next steps.   To support this need, SAP has launched a Centre of Excellence for the Public Sector to guide agencies as they transition from legacy ERP to SAP Cloud ERP. The Centre provides expert support for planning, business cases, cyber security considerations, and early decision making, helping agencies reduce risk and accelerate value. Its focus is enabling federal agencies to modernise mission-critical systems and adopt AI, data analytics, and automation to improve productivity and citizen services. The Centre is part of SAP’s global network of specialised teams dedicated to government innovation and meeting strict security and sovereignty requirements.   Stewart Munro from the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing reinforced this with practical insights on readiness, Cloud ERP transformation, Selective Data transition, and data archiving while highlighting what is working well and where challenges remain.
