🏆 Saint-Antoine (Immside) wins a Grand Prix BBCA 2026 🏆 This transformation of a former parking structure in Le Marais into a mixed-use building of offices, homes and retail, has been recognised at the Grands Prix BBCA 2026 for low-carbon real estate — awarded yesterday at the Grand Palais as part of SIBCA - Salon de l'Immobilier Bas Carbone. This award rewards a deliberate choice: preserve rather than rebuild. Full-scale load testing, targeted steel reinforcement, no new basement excavation, original structure revealed rather than hidden. ✅ Saint-Antoine demonstrates that ambitious low-carbon performance is possible in renovation, while achieving leading certifications, including HQE Excellent and BREEAM Excellent. [ FR | NL below ] Message from Immobel following the tragic fire at the OXY project site It is with deep dismay that we have learned of the human toll of the fire that broke out this morning on the construction site of the OXY project in Brussels. Our first thoughts go to all those affected by this incident, their families and their colleagues. This is, above all, a human tragedy for all of us.   We thank the fire brigade, the emergency medical services, the Red Cross and all other intervention teams for their swift and professional response. We also thank the City of Brussels for the immediate care and support organised for those affected.   The emergency and safety services, together with the competent authorities, are currently leading the coordination on site and the communication regarding this matter. Immobel is providing them with its full cooperation and remains in close contact with all parties involved. [FR] C'est avec une profonde consternation que nous avons pris connaissance du bilan humain de l'incendie qui s'est déclaré ce matin sur le chantier du projet OXY à Bruxelles. Nos premières pensées vont à toutes les personnes touchées par cet incident, à leurs familles et à leurs collègues. Building great places starts with building strong teams. ☀️🎾🤝 At the end of June, colleagues from across Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Germany and Poland came together for our annual Immobel Summer Padel Event. 🏆 With 76 players competing on the courts throughout the day, colleagues cheering from the sidelines 👏 and many more joining the dinner on the beach 🌊, the event was a wonderful reflection of the team spirit that connects us across borders. 🚀 The timing couldn't have been better. Following a period marked by important international milestones across projects such as Marbella in Spain, Central Point in Poland, Lebeau and The Muse in Brussels, among many others, it was an opportunity to take a step back, celebrate our collective achievements and strengthen the relationships that make them possible. From friendly competition on the padel courts to meaningful conversations over dinner, the atmosphere perfectly reflected who we are: an international team united by ambition, collaboration and a shared commitment to creating lasting value. 🙏 A big thank you to everyone who participated, supported, organised — with a special thanks to tero ✨ — and joined the celebrations.
