The Tehama Modern Cottage is a white brick and light wood modern home that features a brick fenced elevated concrete patio anchored with a brick-tiled central outdoor fireplace and features a waterfall fountain that gracefully arches over the rear entry. Use the sliding doors to access the inside main room or the main bedroom - 3 private rooms total! Footprint is 31.7 meters by 24.2 meters, and Land Impact is 36.
