If you’re an avid blogger like me then you know how it is when trying to find the right accessories to finish off an outfit to blog. You want to blog it right away before everyone does or better yet find something new that no one has is even more exciting. May it be bags, shoes, or jewelry – the right touches to a drab outfit can turn it into something a bit more glam. Anyone can put on a dress, but it’s the accessories that make the outfit!

It’s all about details, details, details! Jewelry and accessories are truly something for everyone. This coming Dec. 6-21, 2013, Siren Productions is putting on a “Jewelry and Accessories Expo”. There will be 12 shows showcasing an eclectic group of Jewelry Designers. Everything from Finesmith, Violator, Zibska, Maxi Gossamer, Gabriel, Energie, Pure Poison, Amarelo Manga, and many more to name a few.

One of the new Jewelry Designs I wanted to show you is the “Ice Bloom” jewelry set by Baubles! Jewelry Designer, Phedre Rexie, has designed some unique and exciting jewelry for this spectacular event. I’m Not Your Toy – Featuring LpD

LpD for “INYT”

“I’m Not Your Toy” is a charity event to help children from abuse. The dress I am featuring is the “Texy” dress in lilac by LpD. The LpD “Shopping Bag” is one of the event hunt items.

The week from June 17th to June 23rd there will be two fashion shows, one concert with a live singer, Dj´s, dancers and performers and we will have the exclusive items for sale all the week with 100% donated for the charity, a hunt with a symbolic price and some items for auction. Feeling Pretty in DESIR

Charmed

Lots of good sales and events going on. I’m still trying to catch up with them myself. If you haven’t been to FAMEshed yet, they’ve redid the whole area and added more designers. One of favorite buys from FAMEshed is the new hair from Exile called “Fire to the Rain”. I got it in natural fusion and it comes with a cool color hud with endless colors for streaks.

Hair-iffic Week

What a better way to switch up your looks by a change of hairstyle. If you haven’t heard, the Hair Fair is going on right now from July 14-29th. I got up early on a Saturday morning just to come to this and I’m glad I did because the sim filled up very fast. But I was able to get in and get a few things that I knew that I wanted and then some.

The great part of this Hair Fair is that all of these wonderful hair designers on SL came together to donate proceeds of their sales to Wigs For Kids, which helps families with kids who had lost their hair due to chemotherapy, burn loss, alopecia, or other medical issues. Less guilt on your conscience.

The Hair Fair consists of four sims. Think of it like Disneyworld, it will probably take you a full day to just fully visit one park. But to save you some time for searching, visit the Hair Fair website here to see where specific designers are located on the sim or join the demo hair group to try on the hair beforehand.
