Opens on Saturday, October 19th at 6:30pm to Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013 SLT with a kickoff concert by Maximillion Kleene. There is also a variety of haunted houses, pumpkin bumper cars, a ferris wheel and merry-go-round to ride and enjoy.

Feel the Rain

It rained this morning. It felt so good to wake up to the sound of rain especially when I didn’t have to go into work today. Rain can stir up a lot of different emotions. It can cause a feeling of calm and peacefulness washing over me. You either hate it or you love it.

Most of all, I love the smell of rain after it ends. It’s an unforgettable feeling and smell of freshness. It’s one of those kind of things where you have to experience it firsthand in order to really understand it completely. Like Bob Marley said,

“Some people feel the rain. Others just get wet.”
