原始收集到的instance可能是ip:port格式，但是在设置告警的时候带了端口很不方便。

对instance进行relabel.

spec:
  endpoints:
    - interval: 30s
      port: metrics
      relabelings:
       - action: replace
         sourceLabels: ['__address__']

         targetLabel:  'instance'

如果是prometheus，那么relabel的改动为

relabel_configs:
  - source_labels: ['__address__']
