Welcome

Welcome to my blog, Retired? No one told me! This is the home of Carol Cooks 2. I’m a British home cook who shares recipes along with my travel experiences, including my love for the environment.

Carol Ann Taylor is a British home cook, mother, grandmother, and world traveler. She shares her time-tested and delicious recipes along with motherly advice and tips for saving the environment on her blog: Retired? No One Told Me! at CarolCooks2.com.

New Release:

My British mother and grandmother taught me so much, and my love of cooking has been passed on from them. I am passionate about cooking from scratch. I believe in counting chemicals and not calories and using the whole of the product, I do not like waste.

I cook with love and hope I have instilled that love in my children and grandchildren. My recipes come from my travels around the world, and some have been passed down from family and friends. You will find traditional British recipes, curries, Thai Salads, European food, and pasta. We love a variety of cuisines, and these are recipes I cook for my family and friends. I hope you enjoy the variety of recipes and can feel the love in every dish.
