My British mother and grandmother taught me so much, and my love of cooking has been passed on from them. I am passionate about cooking from scratch. I believe in counting chemicals and not calories and using the whole of the product, I do not like waste.
I cook with love and hope I have instilled that love in my children and grandchildren. My recipes come from my travels around the world, and some have been passed down from family and friends.
