EYE CANDY: Mike Thurston (6th time!)

Mike Thurston is still one of (if not my very top) favorite male models. He has appeared as Eye Candy the most frequently of any model on my blog (December 31, 2018; June 4, 2018; August 31, 2015; October 19, 2015; December 28, 2015. In addition to having a ridiculously muscular body, he is devilishly handsome and if you have seen any of his YouTube videos (like his 850,000+ followers) you know that he has a delightful British accent and is a successful entrepreneur.

EYE CANDY: Justin St. Paul

Justin St. Paul is a British bodybuilder I discovered on Instagram through Mike Thurston. He is a 27-year-old personal fitness trainer (@justin_stsmall) who is listed at 6-feet and 215-225 pounds. I guess sometimes he shaves his chest, sometimes he doesn't. Enjoy!

EYE CANDY: Simeon Panda (6th Time!)

Simeon Panda is one of my all-time favorite models. His body is ridiculous, but as you can see, he is extremely handsome as well. This is his sixth appearance as Eye Candy. Surprisingly, he has not graced these pages in over 2 years (February 6, 2017)! Most likely it will be his last, since I am planning on ending my blog on January 1, 2020.

Eye Candy: Corey Upton

Corey Upton is a model and professional body builder. He has roughly 20k followers on Instagram (@thecoreyupton).

Eye Candy: Jaswinder Guru

Jaswinder Guru was a find by Obvious magazine (in July 2018), where they say that he is 25-years-old and 5-foot-11. He's also on Instagram (@jaswindianlion).

EYE CANDY: Joel Green

Joel Green is a hottie that I discovered at Instagram (@green.joel), where he has over 100,000 followers. He is clearly devoted to fitness and bodybuilding. He appears to be a personal trainer located in Europe.

EYE CANDY: Chadoy Leon

Chadoy Leon has 700,000 followers on Instagram (@chadoyleon) and is making his first appearance as Eye Candy on the blog. According to BodySize.org, Chadoy is 27 years old, 5-foot-9 and 192 pounds. Clearly, he is a tattoo enthusiast.

EYE CANDY: Gerardo Gabriel (3rd Time!)

Gerardo Gabriel is a Latino bodybuilder with an immense following on Instagram (1.4 million @gerardo_gabriel). He has appeared as Eye Candy twice before (April 3, 2017 and July 4, 2016). His abs are incredible and the rest of him is not too bad either!

EYE CANDY: Nathan Mozango (reprise)

Natahan Mozango is a bodybuilder and Instagram thirst trap (@nathanmozango) who has appeared as Eye Candy only once before (May 29, 2017).

EYE CANDY: Nana-Kofi Adams (black/white)

Nana-Kofi Adams has appeared as Eye Candy only once before (October 8, 2018). He is a British bodybuilder of African descent who has more than 12,000 followers on Instagram (@nanakofi_adams). He takes great pictures in color and in black-and-white (as seen here).

EYE CANDY: Michael Thurston (5th time!)

Mike Thurston has well over 570,000 followers on his YouTube channel where he "teaches you how to lift properly"and a mere 414,000 followers at his Instagram account (@mikethurston). He is one of my very favorite Eye Candy finds, up there with Jacob Sumana, Simeon Panda, Raciel Castro, Adrian Conrad and Roberto Oliveira.

Hopefully, I will find more pictures of these favorites and discover some more that I can post to this blog in 2019.

EYE CANDY: Lazar Angelov (#3)

Lazar Angelov is a Bulgarian bodybuilder who has appeared as eye Candy twice before (September 30, 2013 and July 15, 2013). He has almost 6 million followers on Instagram and some of the most defined abs I have ever seen. To call it a "six-pack" would be quite an underestimate!
