What I like about street photography is, you never know what you will find. This man with his unique fashion statement of shoes, was sitting on a corner in Chinatown, SF.
He was babbling something in Chinese and eating breakfast from a plastic container. Hiding in plain sight. Just another of the visible we make invisible. A forgotten man.

An area in the Santa Cruz mountains where one cannot believe their eyes.
For $10/person and a parking fee of $5, 😖😖, a person can spend some time trying to stand up straight, listen to corny dialogue from your “guide”, rub elbows with others who came to be amazed, and try to understand what your eyes are telling your mind, all in a beautiful forest setting.
The mystery?
How they keep getting people to hand over $$. 🤷😉
The spot is in a beautiful place. No mystery about that at all. Corny? Oh yes!
Overall? My wallet might have been lighter, but my mood by just being in all those trees surpassed the $$ I spent.

We are seeing a dangerous trend where “religious liberty” is being used as a weapon to bypass civil rights laws. Real religious freedom is the right to believe what you want in your private life-it is NOT a license to deny service, healthcare, or housing to people your religion happens to dislike. When your “freedom” harms the rights of others, it isn’t liberty; it’s a loophole for bigotry.
Honestly people, if Democrats were “rigging elections,” we’d have single payer health care, clean water, no Fox News and solar cars by now.

I’m surprised to still find wildflowers blooming on the plateau. It is so dry up there. The grasses have turned brown and it wouldn’t take much to set off a wildfire.
