test_file_exhaustive.rb: check case-sensitive fs

• test/ruby/test_file_exhaustive.rb (test_expand_path): dump
  expanded file name, not only appended char, for case-sensitive
  filesystem. [ruby-dev:50093] [Bug #13489]
