A project to automate road trains for Mineral Resources Limited is being held up as one of the key growth pillars for Swedish technology company Hexagon AB. Eagle-eyed visitors to the Australian #Automation and Robotics Precinct in the northern #Perth suburb of Neerabup may get to see the #autonomous road train and its three trailers emblazoned with MinRes' subsidiary CSI Mining Services branding tackling a test track. With works on the troublesome #Onslow haul road complete, those road train trials will likely head north to Western Australia's #Pilbara.
