  • ⛑️𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘆: 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 Creating a safe workplace means being prepared for the unexpected. The ability to respond quickly and effectively can make all the difference in an emergency, which is why readiness training remains an important part of Husky's commitment to workplace safety. World First Aid Day is an opportunity to highlight one important component of Husky’s Safety First culture: giving team members the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to react and respond when help is needed. Across many Husky locations, first aid training is already an integral part of site readiness. In Luxembourg, 160 certified first aiders support the campus. In Shanghai, 22 team members hold first aid certificates, with AED training sessions also completed this year. In Chennai, 29 team members completed first aid training in 2025, with 30 more planned for 2026. In Milton, training includes First Aid, CPR, AED and bloodborne-pathogen precautions. In Brazil, 13 team members recently completed First Aid and Firefighter Training through practical and real-world simulations. First aid skills are critically important in the workplace, especially in a manufacturing and industrial environment. In our industry, where teams may work around large-scale machinery, electrical systems, hot surfaces, chemicals and other hazards, first-aid training gives team members the tools and confidence they need to respond quickly and safely to any situation. In an emergency, designated campus team members can provide initial response, activate support and help reduce the severity of an injury until professional medical assistance arrives. On World First Aid Day, we recognize our global team members whose training strengthens our Safety First culture and reinforces that safety is a shared responsibility. #WorldFirstAidDay #SafetyFirst #EHS #ManufacturingSafety #LifeAtHusky #TeamHusky #HuskyTechnologies

  • 🧰✨ 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲: 𝗔 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 In our Powered by People series, we spotlight our team members who help drive Husky forward. James Dierken is a Husky team member in Bolton who understands that you must first focus on the details. For James, a well-organized workspace on a manufacturing floor does more than look professional. It helps teams work with more organization, effectiveness and efficiency. Taking on projects beyond his regular work has made a significant impact for his Bolton shop floor team, all in only his first year at Husky. As an Assembly Technician in the Machines division, he has organized tools with dedicated spaces he built, refurbished and repaired equipment, repainted work areas, and made shared spaces easier to use through organizational upgrades. None of this was assigned as a formal project. James saw a need and took ownership. He saw what could be better, and he did it. He continues to go over and above, finding other projects where he can make a difference. This was noticed by fellow team members and opened more opportunities to support other areas of the business. James' story is an example of how focusing on continuous improvement is team leadership in action: practical, visible and driven by someone who takes pride in the details behind Husky's manufacturing excellence. Husky is proud to serve customers across global markets, and our team members bring that same perspective to work every day. Their diverse backgrounds, traditions and experiences shape a culture of collaboration, respect and shared success, strengthening how we support customers worldwide. 🌐 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝗸𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿: https://bit.ly/4xDNfyV #PoweredByPeople #LifeAtHusky #TeamMemberStories #ContinuousImprovement #CareerJourney #Manufacturing #HuskyTechnologies

  • 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝗸𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲: 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 Across Husky's global campuses, our team members are surrounded by a variety of natural environments that are as diverse as our team members. Every Husky location offers its own way to connect with nature and the surrounding community. Whether it's forests, gardens, lakes, waterfalls, parks or urban settings, the outdoors is never far away. Team members can spend their lunch break beside a waterfall, start the day hiking or cycling campus trails, biking between buildings, or even paddling to work on Lake Arrowhead. At Husky, nature isn't just nearby, it's part of the everyday work experience. These surroundings also support our team members' well-being, inspire fresh perspectives, and strengthen our connection to the communities and environments around us. Each day, they serve as a reminder of the importance of Husky’s environmental stewardship and our shared responsibility to help protect and preserve these spaces for future generations. Sustainability is engrained in Husky's culture. • 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝗸𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 When a customer receives a Husky Technologies™ solution, they see the final result: a complete, integrated system supported by service to perform. What they don't see is the coordination, precision and work required to bring it to life. Long before a solution reaches a customer's facility, teams across Husky are hard at work. Engineers develop and refine designs. Machinists manufacture critical components with precision. Technicians assemble and test systems. Service experts and supply chain teams work together, addressing every detail and meeting every requirement. Each step serves a clear purpose. Teams review designs. Engineers validate components. Technicians test systems. Experts verify results. It is a continuous cycle of collaboration and precision, focused on delivering the quality and reliability our customers depend on. Behind every machine, mold, hot runner, controller and service, Husky's people bring specialized skills, knowledge and experience. It is a collective effort, with every individual dedicated to getting it right. This dedication runs from initial concept and engineering through manufacturing, assembly, testing and delivery. Teams apply care and attention throughout, with each choice contributing to the consistency and long-term value customers expect. Great manufacturing is not defined by a single process, technology or milestone. It is the result of hundreds of dedicated people, thousands of decisions big and small and a shared commitment to helping our customers succeed. That is what makes it Husky. #InjectionMolding #ManufacturingExcellence #PoweredByPeople #HuskyTechnologies

  • 🌱 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝗸𝘆 Sustainability is changing the future of packaging, and at Husky, Tania Ferlin is helping lead that conversation. As Director of Sustainability Advocacy, Tania’s role sits at the intersection of customers, industry partners, policymakers, regulators and the markets we serve. Her work has many facets: educating, listening, connecting ideas and helping translate complex sustainability expectations into practical conversations around manufacturing, packaging and the transition to a more circular economy. At the heart of this work is a simple but important goal: helping people better understand how innovation can support sustainability while also creating business value. For Tania, sustainability advocacy includes helping shape a balanced, fact-based view of plastics and their role in a circular economy. Plastics play an important role in modern society. The opportunity is to advance solutions that reduce environmental impact, keep materials in use for longer and support systems where plastics are recovered and recycled instead of becoming waste. By advancing solutions that reduce environmental impact and recover valuable materials, the industry can help ensure plastics remain part of a more sustainable and circular future. Through customer discussions, conferences and industry engagement, Tania helps bring Husky’s sustainability priorities to life. She connects what customers need with where Husky’s technologies and expertise can support material efficiency, recycled content, waste reduction and closed-loop systems that enable a more circular economy for packaging. Her message: sustainability can support both environmental progress and business performance, especially when it helps reduce material use, lower energy consumption and improve efficiency. This is sustainability advocacy at Husky: educating, inspiring and bringing the right people into the right conversations to accelerate the circular economy, strengthen industry collaboration and shape a more sustainable future for packaging. #Sustainability #SustainabilityAdvocacy #CircularEconomy #Packaging #Manufacturing #Innovation #HuskyTechnologies
