About us

Knak is the marketing production platform for enterprise teams. Most marketing teams are building emails and landing pages inside tools that were never designed for it. MAP editors that slow production down, fragment approvals, and leave brand standards to chance. Knak is the dedicated system where that work actually belongs. With Knak, enterprise marketing teams design, review, approve, and ship on-brand emails, landing pages, and digital assets — all in one place. Brand guardrails are built in from the start. Collaboration and approvals happen inside the same system where the work gets done. And AI is embedded across the production workflow, not in another tab. Trusted by Google, Meta, OpenAI, Forbes, and Palo Alto Networks. 40+ integrations including Marketo, Eloqua, SFMC, Pardot, and more.

Calling all Marketing Ops leaders👇 Our friends at Knak are running a benchmark study on how enterprise marketing teams actually produce campaigns, and they’re looking for input from MO Pros. 📊 Things like: – Campaign production timelines – Review + approval bottlenecks – Workflow complexity – AI adoption inside production systems The most interesting part? This benchmark data largely doesn’t exist yet. If you’ve ever wondered how your production workflow compares to other enterprise teams or wanted the industry to better understand the operational side of marketing, contribute to this survey and receive the findings when they’re ready. 📅 Survey closes on Friday 🕒 Takes ~8 minutes https://lnkd.in/gPxWxHuD #marketingops

We can all agree that email is the best marketing channel, right? (if you shook your head, we need to talk.) But email is vast. The type of strategies, tactics and programs you could run can be a little overwhelming. Especially if you're a one-person email team (which I know a few of you out there are.) I'm joining Kremi Mestanova, Tyler Cook, Ben Wallis on Friday to share what exactly is still working in B2B email marketing. Think less talking head round table and more a quick hit from each of us exactly what play is actually working. Link to register is in the comments. See you there!

Death by a thousand email assumptions 😂 ... One approval round should be enough Managing QA in a spreadsheet will work well Once we have a master template we'll be good to go We have the tools, we just need a better process We have the process, we just need better tools The campaign manager can handle the HTML The agency has email figured out and will turn this around quickly MAPs are built for creation Our MAP's editor is good enough Our MAP's editor ̶𝚒̶𝚜̶ will soon be good enough Sending test emails back and forth is a good review process We'll get stakeholder alignment before we start building Dark mode is an edge case If we add AI to our stack the production problem goes away And perhaps the biggest assumption of all... Our email process is working fine

Your LLM when it finally knows your brand. 🤯 Right now, every AI tool your team uses is working blind. No brand voice. No campaign history. No approved assets. Just generic training data and a prayer that the output sounds like you. We built Knak MCP to fix that — for email production specifically. It connects AI assistants directly to Knak, so your brand guidelines, approved assets, and campaign history are accessible to your AI before it produces anything. That connection is powered by MCP — Model Context Protocol. An open standard that lets AI pull from your live brand data instead of guessing at it. Instead of explaining your brand every time you open a prompt, the AI already knows. Without MCP: AI guesses what sounds like your brand. With MCP: AI knows what sounds like your brand. That's not a small distinction. That's the difference between a draft you edit for 45 minutes and one that's actually usable. Check it out with the link in the comments!

What are engineering teams getting wrong (and right) about AI and speed? Last week's Onsite Hour with Jack Steele (Knak), Larry Steinberg (Vanilla), alongside Sadiq Khan and Jordi Buller from Insight Partners, went deep on AI in production. Three themes that guided the conversation: • Moving designers into the production codebase, with the right guardrails, can cut front-end development time in half. Constraints make designs shippable. • Autonomous Agents can handle bug triage end-to-end, from enriching the ticket to proposing the fix before a human ever touches it. Engineers get back time for work that actually requires them. • Faster code shifts the bottleneck, but it doesn't remove it. QA, product specs, and CI/CD pipelines all come under pressure. The teams handling this well invest in both sides of the equation. We've got 3.5k+ open engineering roles across the Insight Partners' portfolio. Join teams that are redesigning how software gets built, shipped, and secured with AI: https://lnkd.in/gduGUens

RIP Lovable 🪦 Our product designers have gone from Figma --> Lovable --> Claude Code. It's wild to me how it seems like just yesterday Lovable create a mass exodus of Product Designers from Figma and just as quickly my belief is they will migrate to Claude Code (or whatever AI coding tool you might be using). Our product designers at Knak have already made the switch and they are getting the best of both worlds of Figma (design system) and Lovable (interactions) in one place and going from prototype to production-ready code quicker than ever. Super proud of our engineering and product teams that have managed to move so quickly and be a leader in this space (including our peers in the Insight Partners portfolio).
