  • Please Welcome Pratyush Aggarwal to MMSCAN in the role of Senior Specialist, Network Performance. Pratyush will be responsible for driving dealer network performance policy, profitability, performance improvements initiatives, and structural network changes. Pratyush will provides financial insights, manage performance initiatives, supports dealer succession planning, and ensures alignment between field teams, vendors, and corporate stakeholders. He will play a key role in optimizing dealer operations and strengthening overall network health.   Pratyush brings over 11 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong focus on channel management, pricing strategy, and dealer performance analytics. He has worked with leading organizations giving him a well-rounded perspective across both OEM and digital automotive platforms. Since moving to Canada in 2019, he has also gained hands-on dealership experience as a car salesman before transitioning into analytical and strategy-focused roles. Throughout his career, he has led impactful initiatives such as developing valuation strategies covering over 65,000 vehicle IDs across Canada and contributing to the build of Instant Cash Offer. Known for his structured, analytical approach, Pratyush excels at translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies that drive business results. Outside of work, Pratyush enjoys staying active at the gym, watching movies, and traveling to explore new places. He has a strong interest in blending analytical thinking with creative storytelling, often drawing from everyday life to explain ideas and perspectives.   • Please Welcome Julie Gelinas to MMSCAN in the role of Manager, District Parts & Service T2! Julie as the District Parts and Service Manager (DPSM) will serve as a business consultant to the MMSCAN dealers in T2 (Montreal), supporting them in selling and servicing Mitsubishi parts and accessories. Key responsibilities include achieving dealer KPI targets, communicating and enforcing aftersales programs and policies, and providing operational and technical guidance to enhance dealer performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Julie will also handle customer inquiries, collaborate with stakeholders, document dealer interactions, and assist with dealer communication meetings to foster strong, long-term relationships within the assigned district.   Julie brings over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in Fixed Operations, dealer performance, analytics, and customer experience. She has held nine progressive roles across parts, service operations, sales analytics, district performance, and customer experience. She began her career in parts, before transitioning into analytics-focused roles and later district-level positions supporting dealer networks across Quebec. Most recently, as a Fixed Operations Performance Expert, she has led data-driven initiatives including parts loyalty program, helping dealers identify performance gaps and growth opportunities. During COVID, she completed the Automotive Dealership Management Program, further strengthening her leadership and operational expertise. Julie brings a thoughtful, consultative, and resilient approach, combining strong analytical skills with a genuine commitment to supporting dealer success. Born and raised in Quebec in a francophone household, Julie later moved to Toronto and became fully bilingual in French and English. She recently returned to Quebec to be closer to her mother and now lives in a multigenerational home, reflecting her strong family values. Julie describes herself as easygoing and naturally quiet. Outside of work, she enjoys watching shows and movies, planning DIY home projects, and continuously expanding her knowledge through learning courses.   • Please Welcome David Tetreault to MMSCAN in the role of Manager, District Sales T3! David,  will serve as a business consultant to Mitsubishi dealers, supporting them in selling vehicles, parts, and accessories. David will be responsible for fostering long-term dealer relationships that drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and market penetration within their assigned district. Additionally David will implement and monitor sales operations programs, ensuring dealer compliance with policies, and providing strategic recommendations to improve operational effectiveness. David will regularly analyze dealership sales performance, inventory, and customer satisfaction metrics to develop tailored strategies that maximize wholesale and retail sales. This role also involves coordinating with dealer leadership on marketing initiatives, resolving customer issues, managing budgets, and collaborating with district counterparts to deliver consistent sales growth and adherence to Mitsubishi’s policies and objectives. David is a highly accomplished sales and dealer operations leader with over 18 years of progressive experience in the Powersports and Marine OEM industries. He holds an MBA from Sherbrooke University and is fluent in both French and English. David began his career as a Product Planning Analyst, where he spent nine years immersed in the full lifecycle of product development, from market segmentation to collaborating with engineering and design teams on future vehicle concepts. His strong analytical and strategic capabilities led to his promotion to District Sales Manager in 2016, overseeing parts, accessories, and apparel for a premium recreational products company. Over the next decade, he excelled in dealer development, network expansion, and territory management—opening new dealerships, training sales and service teams, and consistently exceeding annual PA&A objectives for six consecutive years. Recognized for his strategic insight and leadership, David was also awarded the North American internal contest for his outstanding analysis and action planning. His blend of strategic planning, dealer support, and hands-on training experience directly aligns with the demands of the automotive sector, making him a strong addition to our organization. Outside of work, David is an outgoing, passionate, and community-minded individual who brings warmth, enthusiasm, and positivity into every environment he steps into. He enjoys coaching and playing hockey and is deeply connected to the outdoor lifestyle—spending his free time boating, motorcycling, snowmobiling, and skiing.   • Please Welcome Debra Tovell-Roushorne to MMSCAN in the role of Specialist, Dealer Sales Training.   Debra as Specialist, Dealer Sales Training, will play a key role in strengthening the performance of MMSCAN’s dealer network. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing the annual dealer training plan in alignment with both dealer needs and OEM objectives, as well as managing external training partnerships. Debra will also oversee the optimization and adoption of digital sales tools, including MiDelivery and MiShowroom, ensuring they drive sales process excellence across the network. Her work combines project management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical expertise to support the continued growth and success of our dealer operations.   Debra, joins us with over 15 years of experience in the Canadian Automotive Industry. Debra is a graduate of the Canadian Automotive Institute in Barrie, Ontario, and went on to complete her post-secondary education at a partner university in Australia. Over the years, she has held roles in Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Management, and Training. Her expertise includes planning and facilitating brand and product training, adapting global content for the Canadian market, attending international “Train the Trainer” conferences, and most recently, leading a team of dealership software trainers virtually. Debra’s has also delivered large-scale training programs across the retail network, as well as experience in the software sector, enhancing customer training and performance measurement for dealerships worldwide.   Outside of work, Debra is passionate about travel, the outdoors, and animal welfare. She enjoys swimming, snorkeling, yoga, and paddleboarding, and has also volunteered at animal rescue facilities. A lifelong automotive enthusiast, Debra’s passion for the industry was sparked in childhood weekends spent in tire shops with her father, and she brings that same enthusiasm and energy into her career today.

Throughout his career, he has held diverse roles spanning Parts Operations, Business Development, Wholesale Management, Sales, Pricing, and Customer Service. Bradley now looks forward to rejoining Mitsubishi, where his journey first flourished, and contributing once again to the success of the brand.   For Bradley, coming back feels like a homecoming to the Mitsubishi family. He is passionate about the industry, but even more about spending quality time with his daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys following the Montreal Canadiens and looks forward to balancing both his career and personal passions in this new chapter.

  • Please Welcome Nithin Gerard Joseph to MMSCAN in the role of Coordinator, Vehicle Logistics! Nithin, will be supporting the Manager, Vehicle Logistics by monitoring, analyzing, and directing the movement of vehicles to our Dealers and Fleet Customers, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any transport issues that may arise. Nithin will work closely with MMSCAN, MMNA, our rail, truck yard, and 3PL partners to ensure effective communication and smooth operations. He will also be responsible for supporting Regional Sales Operations by providing updates on in-transit units, handling damage claims of vehicles in transit, and assisting with reporting functions. His contributions will be essential in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and strong communication across our logistics processes. Nithin brings a strong logistics background with him. Having been in Canada for about two years, he previously worked in the UAE across multiple logistics companies, where he gained experience managing both ends of the supply chain, including freight movement, warehouse coordination, and import/export operations. Most recently, he was overseeing the distribution of perishable products across Canada. In that role, he coordinated deliveries from distribution centers to last-mile couriers, ensured items reached customers efficiently, and monitored delivery performance through detailed post-delivery reporting. He has also actively been involved in order processing, cross-shift coordination, and addressing operational issues, giving him a solid foundation in fast-paced logistics environments. Outside of work, Nithin enjoys driving, traveling, gaming, and watching films — and recently completed a 1,000-piece puzzle as a fun accomplishment. Professionally, he has experience improving cross-functional coordination, optimizing last-mile delivery, and resolving high-priority logistics challenges through collaboration and quick decision-making.
