Introducing Adam, Manager at Optis. Originally from Brazil and now based in Vancouver, Adam joined Optis in January 2022. His experience in procurement began early in his career through an internship experience where he contributed to IT category strategy development, establishing a foundation for his work in strategic sourcing. After joining Optis, Adam progressed from Senior Analyst to Manager in just three years. His growth reflects a combination of technical capability, strong leadership skills, and a consistent effort to take on broader scope across client engagements. One of Adam’s proudest milestones at Optis was receiving the Optis Belt Award in 2024, recognizing his exceptional performance and contribution across multiple projects and teams. Outside of work, Adam has a strong interest in travel and exploring new places. Prior to joining Optis, he spent a year traveling the world, visiting more than 30 countries. Introducing Daniela, Senior Consultant at Optis. Approaching her seventh year with the team this June, Daniela has established herself as a trusted implementation expert. Originally from Colombia, she built her career in Canada after earning her diploma in International Business Management and BBA at BCIT. She began her professional journey as a shipping container coordinator, where her strong foundation in logistics and supply chain operations helped shape the perspective she brings to complex procurement challenges today. Over her years at Optis, Daniela has grown into a go-to lead for deployments across long-term client engagements. She takes extra pride in one particular implementation that she owned from start to finish, a project that represented a true turning point in her career where her expertise and confidence fully came together. Outside of work, Daniela dedicates her time to her family and channels her creative energy into a passion for interior design. She holds a certificate in the field and enjoys browsing house listings and building floor plans just for fun.
