Greatest Of All Time status confirmed... on the course and in the room 🐐 Adam Jones 👨🏼💻 repped Quandri at the Assurex Global Private Client Practice Group meeting in Nashville and came back with great connections, a solid golf story, and proof that the private client world is ready for AI that gets out of the way and lets brokers do what they do best. Thanks Tim O'Brien, we loved being there.
This week, Patrick Mulroy and I had the pleasure of representing Quandri at the Assurex Global annual Private Client Practice Group meeting in Nashville. Reflecting back on the week, I'm beyond impressed with the organization of the event, the quality of the speakers and the universal dedication to having fun (s/o Jamie Gregory). Private client is an interesting niche, and more relationship driven than any other area of insurance in my opinion. For that reason I was curious how my discussion on 'Using AI to improve Client Experience' would land, but the reality is that positive client relationships are driven solely by human to human relationships. Every day agents in the Private Client niche are fighting against a barrage of manual admin work, and it's that admin work that is standing in the way of spending time with their clients. This is the problem AI should be solving. My other takeaway was the warmth and friendliness of this group of people. Quandri is fortunate to work with some of the great AG Partners already, and from the moment we arrived on Monday every person I spent time with showed genuine interest in what we are doing at Quandri, and made Pat and I feel welcome during the sessions, and more importantly at the bars on Broadway :) Huge Thank you to Tim O'Brien. You run a tight ship, and its clear how much you truly care about the people in the room. This was a well planned and executed event, and I'm thankful for the opportunity to be a part of it. And to Quandri clients, Dorothea, Janice, Ashley, Chris and your respective teams - thank you for your business and your support during the event. And shout out to our golf group, Ryan, Thea, Mike, Joshua, Caicy, Stephen, Thomas, Jamie. What a great day! You can automate renewal reviews. You cannot, unfortunately, automate a 10K. The Quandri team laced up for the Sun Run this weekend and ran it the old-fashioned way: legs, lungs, and questionable pacing strategy.
