𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮 𝗯𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 For many years I hear the same message in our field: fill roles fast, reduce cost, close the req, move on. 𝗜𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆. I work with pharma and biotech networks across Switzerland and Europe. I see smart talents, strong science, high pressure on time and budget. The truth is: speed alone does not help patients. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 👇 ✅ We hire for long term impact Not only to add headcount. We ask: does this person help the team grow, learn, stay strong for years? ✅ We build real pipelines Not only react to each urgent role. We stay close to key functions, map the market, keep in touch with people over time. ✅ We use AI as a tool, not a driver 🤖 We use AI for structure, shortlists, and data. We keep humans in charge of judgment, respect, and candidate care. ✅ We act as partners, not order takers We sit with hiring managers, share market insight, design clear and fair processes together. 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: the teams who win do one simple thing very well. They connect hiring decisions with patient care. Every new colleague in a lab, in a plant, in a clinical team helps move a therapy closer to a person who waits. For me this reset is not about more tasks.
