{ Character Fun }

Ryker did a lot better this time around with the characters. He got really excited when he saw them and even gave them high five and stones. The picture with the red mickey out fit he gave him a hug it was so surprising and so cute. When we were standing in line to get Woody and Jessie's autograph he was yelling "Hi Woody,Hi Jessie" and then when Ryker handed Jessie his Buzz Light year pen she hugged and kissed it and acted like she was running away with it Ryker just sat there wondering what she was doing with his pen.Then Woody pointed down at Ryker's Buzz light year shirt and just shook his head no they were really cute with him.



Funny story about the top right picture. We were coming back to the park for a Parade and we were in a hurry because Rob,Opal,Nicole and Devan were saving us a spot and it was getting really packed. We get through the ticket gates and start walking in and all the sudden Ryker threw up all over him self and the stroller!!! so I luckily had a change of clothes and so we went into a corner to clean him off . Behind us was a door that said employees only,we just about had Ryker cleaned off when out came Mickey and Minnie out those doors they looked at us like we scared them then Mickey put his hand over his mouth when he saw Ryker with out his shirt on. I asked Mickey if we could get a picture with him because we hadn't seem him yet and of course he was nice enough to let us get a picture.

Disneyland Sept 2008

{ Newport Beach }

Saturday we got to Cali and went straight to the beach. The kids had a blast playing in the waves. I wish we would of had more time to play but we had to get to the hotel and get cleaned up to go to Medieval Times. It was fun while it lasted .

{Medieval Times}

We had a lot of fun at Medieval Times. This was mine and Ryker's first time going .We were the awesome red family and our knight was the cutest just ask McKynlee it was her boy friend because he threw her a rose. I kept teasing her saying "he's my boy friend" and she would shake her head no, it was cute. A little part of our Disneyland trip 2008.

{Counting money}

This weekend we had fun counting our money in the piggy bank, getting ready to take it to Disneyland. Ryker loves putting his money that he gets from his grandpa Craig in the BIG piggy bank.Through out the year we have been putting our loose change and bills in this big heavy cylinder for some extra spending money in Disneyland. Our grand total was $156.00 not to bad it's more than we expected. It's not long now till we leave I can't wait to get out of town.

{ JaMie And ScOtt'S WeDDiNg}

This weekend was my Sister in law Jamie's wedding. She Married a really nice guy named Scott. They had a private ceremony in midway then after had every one come to there house in Lehi for a BBQ. Jamie was married to my brother Bronson who passed away 5 years ago. So we are really happy for her and Scott and hope they have a long happy marriage.

{Remembering this day}

Today is the 7th anniversary of that sad day we all remember. The day it happened I was at work at good old 5 buck pizza. It was in the morning and my boss came back from a school pizza run and came running through the door in a panic saying to turn the radio to the news station that we had been attacked. I just remember the feeling I felt and getting on the phone calling family and friends. Then when I got home I remember being clued to the tv all the rest of the day.It is crazy to me to think that it has been 7 years already when it still feels like yesterday. I bet every one can remember where they were at that moment when that dreadful day happened.

Night out...

My neighbor invited me to go with her last night to the Thanksgiving Point Taste of home show. I was so glad she asked me because I have never been to one before. Those of you who haven't been to one before I will give a run down on what it was like. At the beginning you fill out a card with your name on it for the drawings that they did through out the hole show. A lady was up on stage demonstrating 10 different food items to make(they all looked really good) and at the end they drew names for each item and you got to take it home dish and all!!! (they put them on some really cool dish ware.) I wasn't so lucky on winning anything. It was a lot of fun to learn new things to cook, I'm always up for new ideas. I think I will check into going again next year.

So thanks to Jonelle for getting me out of the house last night I really needed it!!!! I just had one of those days with my little monster if you know what I mean ,I was ready for a break..

Mission accomplished !!!!

Ryker is potty trained yeah!!!!! He has conqured the fear of going #2 on the toilet. Chace and I where sitting on the couch one day and Ryker was playing with some toys and all the sudden Ryker went to the bathroom door and opened it and said "Mommy I need to go " so I went in to help him thinking he just needed to pee. So I got the tiolet ready for him to pee and he said "No Mom I sit" I said ok and sat him up there and walked out. A few minutes later he came running out saying "look I did it" so Chace and I walked in to check and sure enough he DID IT!!!!! We have been giving him stickers when he goes pee pee in the toilet .Then for going #2 he gets to pick out a little prize out of this bucket(which he hasen't go to do yet.)

Chace and I made a BIG FUSS over him going # 2 and let him pick his first toy out of the bucket. Ever sence then Ryker has done really well . He tells us every time he needs to go and he goes. We were even at the park one day with his cousins and he was busy playing then he ran up to me and said"Mommy I need to poo" I was so happy . WAY TO GO RYKER!!!!
