Future Wave, an event held by the Cursed Events group that bring you events like Gothmas by Gaslight, started on the 15th of February.  I got lost in time and space after initially getting a sneak peek of the brightly glaring and shimmering facade to backdrop that the future is presented against with Future Wave.  A lot of designers have created and put out products that reflect their vision of a future, either mired in a dystopian ruin or given toward the hope of a circuitry ridden heaven.

I did finally manage to get things together. You might have noticed the extended break that I was on, which involved moving in RL ™ and also dealing with a recent computer meltdown.  I have persevered past both to finally start bringing my blog back up to date.

Futurewave, ending today (sadly) at midnight (Sunday, Feb. 23), has a lot of goodies for your future favorite needs.  Don’t forget to beam yourself over before all the deals are sucked into a black hole.
