Christmas 2008

We had such a fun Christmas this year. It was so fun to watch Camdyn open presents and play with her new toys. We had so much fun with our families. Camdyn loves playing with her cousins.

Before we even left for Eagar Camdyn was opening presents. Our neighbors brought her a big stack of presents.

The Nicoll's got the cutest sled for the kids to play with in the snow. So Daniel bundled Cam up and took her out to play in it.

5 Years of Wedded Bliss!

Today is our 5th wedding anniversary! When we got married I was 18 and Dan was 22. I was 6 months out of high school, he was one year off his mission.

Since then we have:

• lived in 3 different homes
• 2 states
• had 4 different cars, totaled one (sorry dad)
• 8 church callings
• 3 trips to Vermont
• lost 3 Grandparents
• worked 8 different jobs
• two college educations (sort of)
• one dog
• watched 6 seasons of 24 in 3 months
• added nine nieces/nephews
• a beautiful baby girl

5th anniversary

I love being married to Dan. He meets everything with a sense of humor and a smile. He always puts me and Camo first. He worked 3 jobs at one time making minimum wage so I could go to school. He will help anyone. I mean anyone, I have made dinner for people off the street because he brought them home! Most importantly he has always served faithfully in the church with all of his callings. And has a testimony that blesses our family. I am such a lucky girl!

We have had not a cent to our name and been happy as we can be. In the past 5 years we have grown up together, at least a little. ;)

I guess time flies when you are having fun!!!

Our week in pictures:When Daniel gets home from work I think Camdyn forgets that I am alive! All she wants is her DADDY. This is her new favorite thing. Daniel zips her up in his coat and carries her all over the house. Just call him momma Kangaroo.

Larsen Electric Christmas Party

We had a great time at this year's party. We went to Del Frisco's Steak house. YUMMY! Maybe it's because I am pregnant but, everything tasted super good this year.

This is their James Bond wine collection. It is worth 1.something million dollars!

This is Camdyn's new outfit that I got for $6! It is Old Navy, but I got it at a second hand store. I love a good deal. I got her pants, a shirt and a dress all for $11!

I'm not really sure why she looks so grouchy in this picture. She goes from hot to cold in a flash! Gotta love that girl.

Winter Wonderland

I know this is not going to be impressive to any of you Vermonters or Missourians or Utards, but this is big for us. It started snowing, yes SNOWING, at about 7:00 this morning and it hasn't stopped! I have about 4 or 5 inches in my backyard!

Barely snowing. Camdyn thought it was raining.

I took this about 10:00 a.m. so I could have proof to show Dan. I think we probably have a couple more inches by now!

First Hair Cut!

Say good-bye to the mullet! That's right I (actually Amanda) finally cut Camo's hair! I was ready for it to go, Daniel on the other hand was a little more sentimental about cutting it off. But it needed to go! I will admit it was a little sad so see those cute little curls cut off. She looks so cute now with a little bob cut. Thanks Aunt Manda for making her look so darn cute! Amanda did a really good job cutting it quickly. Getting Cam to sit still for very long isn't easy.

This is a clip from The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. My cousin Natalie went to Disneyland and was a contestant on "Jay Walking". They flew her back a few weeks later for ALL-STARS! I think it is so funny. She it so cute, she cracks me up!

FHE Wrestling

Daniel and Camdyn decided to have a wrestling match to start off Family Home Evening. It was so funny, Daniel made her shake his hand and everything before they started.

Christmas Decorations

We got all of our Christmas decorations up today! I love the way my house feels when it is decorated for Christmas. We sit with all the light off and enjoy the tree. So fun! For some reason Camdyn thought we were supposed to dance by the tree. So we got some pictures of that.

This is a bad picture, but it is of the banister in my entry way. This is my favorite thing about the house. Dan helped me put garland on it today. It wraps all the way around the entry and it looks so pretty with the lights.
