I'm back !!!

 Life has moved very quick. The last decade went by with the blink of an eyelash. The corners I have turned both literally and figuratively, too many to count at this moment :)   Lessons learned, friendships gained, grew boys into men, love found again! Like I said too many to count. One thing I know for certain is that I am tremendously BLESSED & highly FAVOURED!!! 

Ready to begin a new journey and see where it leads <3 <3 <3

Forgiveness

Why is forgiveness so hard? Are we not commanded to forgive others as we have been forgiven? 

"And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive those who trespass against us."

The last several weeks have struck out in my mind for so many reasons. Both personal & otherwise. 

The media & public opinion is crucifying a woman for something that was said decades ago. A woman asked for forgiveness for something that she said and recognizes was wrong. I'm sad when mean things are said and done unto others. I apologize when I am the one who has said hurtful or done hurtful things. I recognize that forgiveness isn't always easy and may come slowly. I have been on both sides of that question. And if I had to take a wild guess, I bet you have as well.

Can you please forgive me?

It's been a different life ...

Wow!! So, when was the last time I came to this blog? Or any blog for that matter!! I can remember the day I started blogging and people had the biggest question marks come across their face, when I spoke about my day's activities. I met so many neat ladies & had such fun during that season in my life.  I miss it from time to time.

But seasons change.
The almost last 4 years have been pretty amazing. I've learned so much more about myself and how to not limit myself to just the surroundings in which, I grew up or the limitations that were put upon me for almost my entire adult life.

It feels good. Life is good and I'm happy for all that I have. And all that I have learned.

Yesterday was especially great!! I made my first BRAND NEW car purchase :) And by brand new, I mean driving off the lot straight from the factory!!

Time to exhale

It's been a rush of busyness and anxiety for the last several weeks. Today I am exhaling. No worrying about anything. That doesn't mean that there isn't plenty still to fixate & stress over, just that I choose to leave it outside of my cerebral processes at this moment. I would like to find joy in this day. It's beautiful outside, slightly cooler than the majority of the days this week. Still bright & sunny though and that alone brings me SMILES :)

Seeing as how I am well overdue for hair color, I guess that's a must today too. Don't you just love the way your hair feels & looks after that treatment!!
I'm also going towards The Fresh Market today as you can always find yummy goodness there!! The twins & I have decided that healthy eating needs to be a priority sooner rather than later. Last & certainly not least browse and shop my favorite jewelry boutique Stella & Dot because the Spring line is just that fabulous!!♥

A little Saturday shopping & lunch with the twins♥

So, I stumbled upon the sweetest consignment shop a few Saturdays ago!! The proprietor is an absolute sweetheart alongside her delightful boutique. Her unique style is fresh & savvy!! If you are visiting the Hilton Head area be sure and take a peek, you won't be disappointed. After my morning rush of getting over to my local post office to make certain I got my son's birthday present in the mail. I went for a visit to Kathy's Closet Consignment Boutique & scooped up this darling black and white dress by the French Connection. I had my eye on it last week & can't wait to wear it!! Hope your weekend is going great!!
