Launch experiment ExcludeTransparentTextsFromBeingLcpEligible This is to launch ExcludeTransparentTextsFromBeingLcpEligible. This Cl removes fieldtrial testing config and turns on the ExcludeTransparentTextsFromBeingLcpEligible flag.
