Always aligns text at vertically center (Textfield, Label). Re-applies http://crrev.com/25039002 with only the change s/numeric_limits<int>::max()/INT_MAX/ This CL makes Textfield and Label put the content text at vertically center respecting the cap height. Also removes vertical alignment support (ALIGN_{TOP,BOTTOM,VCENTER}).
