[net/dns] Fix IPv6 handling from res_init on Linux.

BUG=127788
TEST=./net_unittests --gtest_filter=DnsConfigServicePosix.*
Chrome on Linux with --enable-async-dns and an IPv6 nameserver after an IPv4 one
should not crash.
