Rename bounds accessors to be intuitive and consistent

GetClientAreaScreenBounds -> GetClientAreaBoundsInScreen
Get/Set ParentBounds -> Get/Set BoundsInParent
GetWorkAreaScreenBounds -> GetWorkAreaBoundsInScreen
GetClientAreaScreenBounds -> GetClientAreaBoundsInScreen
GetWindowScreenBounds -> GetWindowBoundsInScreen
GetScreenBounds -> GetBoundsInScreen
GetRootWindowBounds -> GetBoundsInRootWindow
