What are Youth Policy Dialogues?
During the first 100 days of their mandate, President von der Leyen and her Commissioners are each meeting with groups of young people across the EU to discuss topics like housing, climate, and health.
Why?
The European Commission wants young people to get more involved in European politics and have a say in how our societies and democracies work.
What happens during the dialogues?
The Commissioners discuss with young people what Europe should do to support them. Young people share their perspectives on what issues matter most to them, and the changes they would like to see.
What's next?
These Dialogues will take place every year, so young people can continue to shape the Commission's work.
