Off to the Doctors!

It has been three days that Lilly has had a cough, fever and a rash over her body. In between Relief Society/Priesthood and Sunday School, Clint saw Lilly walking to her class and she didn't look to hot. We pulled the boys out of Nursery and went home.
Clint took her temp. and it was 103.
We decided to take her to the doctors.......AND the results are:

pneumonia....in her right lung...(left on this page) there is a spot towards the top.

Chicago...24th...Apricots

Clint has been in Chicago this past week for the Air Force Reserves. He had a wonderful time/vacation! We (meaning ME) are happy to have him back.

The 24th of July was super fun!

We had a shrimp boil at my parents place. The kids got to go swimming. And we had fireworks. Even the neighbors down the road displayed a firework show for us! (illegally)

Shrimp Boil is so yummy....new 24th tradition.

Deacon chewing on a huge chunk of meat.

Baby Tyce.......loves Watermelon.

Grandma G ringing the bell in memory of Uncle David.

I also had the opportunity to make apricot jam with my mom. After the fourth batch...I was totally done! I don't want to see another apricot for a long time!

For the Birds!

We went down to the Tracy Aviary today. We met up with our friends and their kids. Lilly's favorite part of the day was riding the ferris wheel. If you have seen the movie Charly, (based on Jack Weylands book), it is the same ferris wheel that is in the movie.

Rock!!!!

Lilly has taken up a new hobby.....collecting rocks. Well, today she found two rocks, one small one and one large one.

Lilly: Look mommy, my rock is in my nose.

Mommy: Lilly, we don't put rocks or anything up our noses!

Lilly: Okay

Five minutes later

Lilly: MOMMY, I can't get it out!!!!

Mommy: Hiding a laugh and getting the camera.
You know you are laughing too, because you probably stuck something up your nose when you were young!

Happy 4th in Bear Lake!!!

We went to Clint's sisters cabin to see her kids and to have a yummy breakfast.

Trenton was so content to just sit in his seat and watch everyone else.

Lilly: I want more licorice!

Deacon and Clint going for a ride

Clint on the rope swing at Bloomington Lake

The boys watching all the crazies swing into the freezing cold water.

It was a very fun vacation at Bear Lake, even if the boys had a hard time sleeping, and Lilly got diarrhea. It was nice to spend time with the family and to celebrate the freedoms that we have. We owe a lot to the brave soldiers of the past and to the those who willingly serve today! THANK YOU!
